Disgusting cardboard taste. Spent $31 on 24 slice pizza and breadsticks and they brought an 8 slice pizza. Trash would never order again!
Best deep dish Hawaiian pizza- period. The BBQ chicken is a close second. I won't buy pizza from anywhere else. Quality and service is consistently flawless. I order from the Huntersville location.

Good pizza! A little in the high end price wise. Large sausage pizza was $18. It was a good pizza though!
Will never buy anything again.I ordered vegi pizzas. It was the worst, nothing was cooked, all peppers, onions, tomatoes were raw. Even though it was a pick up, I paid tip as well on advance. Not good
Very disappointed with my deliver. Ordered dinner for guests, pizza and bacon jets bread with 2 sides of ranch. They delivered on time, but without the ranch. When calling in there is no available driver to deliver the missing items. They will document that I have a credit for 2 ranch dressings on my next order. That is not acceptable. Should be at least 4 ranches for this. I go to both of the locations owned by Todd in Huntersville and Mooresville. He is a fellow Michigander transplant and feel that there should be a process in place to avoid a delivery leaving without everything. Most times I would rate a 5 star, but this is very disappointing.
They give different prices to people for the same order and when you ask to speak with a manager she's busy. She made no time to address the issue. And like I said it's not about to money but when they charge you one price and a coworker gets the same thing the price is different meaning it's lower that is what I have an issue with. Poor customer service. This will be the last time.
We prefer Neapolitan pizza (wood fired thin crust), but we like deep dish once in a while. A buddy told me Jet's was the best so we tried it last night - outstanding! Tasty crust, good ingredients and toppings! We ordered over the phone and didn't have any issues. So when we want deep dish, we have a new go to pizza place!
Man if you have not had Jets, you are failing your pizza game. The perfect crisp to fluffy of the crust...sauce to cheese ratio is spot on. 'by the slice' lunch special. Like I said, if you haven't been here, it's your fault and your loss.
I love Jet's pizza. But went to this location this evening and everyone working with food (3 gentlemen) didn't wear a mask. The gentlemen taking orders/on the phone did have a mask. I know some don't mind but it's still COVID, numbers have increased & its still an indoor mask mandate. So I prefer to order food where those dealing with my food care enough to me & my food safe. So unfortunately I won't be visiting this Jets anytime soon.
