I have been going to this Jason's Deli since it first opened years ago. Today was the first time in a while since I had been there. i won't be going back. First they got my order wrong: I wanted roast turkey, not roast beef on a croissant. When the sandwich came I said that I had ordered it on a croissant and was assured the dinner roll my meat was on was a croissant. Now I've always seen a croissant as a buttery, flaky pastry...not a glorified dinner roll...and have gotten just that every other time I've been there. Fine I'll take it as is. Then when I looked at my sandwich and opened the bread it was like they forgot to put the meat in there. About 1/4 of what has been the usual...pitiful. I understand costs are rising (but so had the price), but I never expected the quality to have dropped so low. As I said I won't be back. And...they tell 2 friends, and they tell 2 friends....
I was so hungry. My order got to me and the sandwich was toasted, and I didn’t request for it to be. There was no oil or vinegar, nor giardiniera on the sandwich as ordered. I also ordered two bags of kettle chips but was given two bags of plain Lay’s. Spoke to a manager and was told the sandwich comes toasted unless I call to state otherwise, and that they no longer have kettle chips. I ordered through DoorDash, and they don’t have the option in the app to request otherwise. She did say they will make the sandwich over but I have to come pick it up. I wasn’t happy about that but I went anyway. I picked up my sandwich and it was made as ordered. I believe the manager’s name was Kate. Thank you for resolving the issue and including the cookie. I don’t eat cookies but I’m sure my daughter will love it.
Hadn't seen to Jason's in many years, and was somewhat apprehensive about going, but, was pleasantly surprised. Salad bar, and my Ruben sandwich was actually good. Will go back for another.
Love coming here for a great an fresh salad bar! Great price for the "one time through" salad bar. Very nice servers, too.
The good:1. Good (not great) variety in the salad bar2. Friendly staff3. Overall clean place4. Food good (not great)The not so good:1. Too expensive the additional protein option for the salads (see picture).2. Even though this is not an expensive restaurant, but it is not very cheap either having broken or damaged soup bowls is unacceptable (see picture)
One of the best places for an open salad bar lunch, if not the best in Huntersville. Prices are always good. Staff is friendly and they are always open, which is something you unfortunately don't see with the Asian and Indian restaurants, that always seem to be open only for limited hours during lunch.
We love coming to this Jason’s location. Service is always friendly. Salad bar is fully stocked, and even if something is missing, they fill it right away. Unsweet tea is always fresh. Free ice cream. Tasty food. Reasonable prices. Couldn’t ask for anything else!
Their food is good. They have some of the largest baked potatoes ever. It’s very filling. The salad bar was a disappointment because you could only make one trip and the bowls aren’t too big. Which is a waste of money. They should automatically offer two bowls so that if you wanted to make two salads than you could. In order to get your money worth. Spent $50 for two potatoes and two salad bars… I did not get my money’s worth but the food was good. The mini cornbread muffins on the salad bar was my favorite.
Always clean and organized. Salad bar is open! Love their unsweetened tea.
The food was really good and I had a hard thing me deciding what I wanted. Wish they had one in Mooresville, NC.
