This place has top notch NY style pizza even the crust flops just right. We had the Philly Cheese steak pizza, steak, cream sauce, bacon, onions topped with chipotle aioli. It was phenomenal and I am a harsh pizza critic. Garlic knots are a must.

I like pizza, all kinds of shapes and types. This was just plain -- blah. Very little flavor and dried out. Very thin and chewy crust. Will not return.
First time ordering. We asked for extra parmesan cheese with our order. We got zero parm cheese. When we called to voice our dissatisfaction, we got no empathy and a " I'm sorry sometimes this happens". Hawthorne....You let me down by not caring, and I will never order from you again. And I will tell everyone to stay away from you... Maybe next time you will focus on customer service and make an effort to get orders correct

The pasta dishes were plate licking good. Baked Ziti and Ravioli. I had an antipasto salad that was the best I've had in years. We did order a pizza to go and it was disappointing compared to the rest of the meal. Just lacking the yummy flavors of the rest of the food
Updated Review: I dined in with my in-laws and ordered wings in on the super bowl. I have to update my review purely on the fact that they have the best Chicken Wing I've ever bought from a restaurant. Both times they are huge, crispy, and delicious. Sucks that their pizza first time around tarnished it, but glad I tried again. Changing to 4 stars. My first experience prevented me from moving to 5.Review 1: First time customer.Last time customer. I will never try again. We are in a pandemic and I'm sure you need business. But maybe not, based on what I am seeing. I know I need my money to matter more than what I was handed tonight. Hands down best pizza in Charlotte! The staff in Huntersville is excellent! Wings, pizza, & pasta dishes are all solid selections. We eat in, take out, and also get delivery - great service all around.
I don't know how a pizza place messes up pepperoni pizza but that was probably the worst I've ever had. Was basically pizza dough with no sauce, sprinkled with unmelted cheddar cheese and barely cooked pepperoni. Never again.
