There was no need to have a reservation. There was nobody there when we walked in. Actually thought they were closed. Ended up sitting near the bar just so we werenât alone in the dining room.
Waited 40 minutes for a grilled cheese take out order once arriving at the store, had to ask 3 times about it with barely so much as an acknowledgement of my existence. Was handed the order only to find out after leaving it was not even remotely close to the correct items inside the bag. Mind you the order was placed at least 20 minutes before driving over to pick it up. They can’t answer their phone even after multiple tries. I would rate this place zero stars if possible. It’s amazing to watch people order the same dish in front of you and have it brought out to them for dine-in minutes later. Will never step foot in this place again if they can’t be bothered to have attentive staff or even enough staff. So sick of places having 2 people running the whole restaurant start using that money you make from your ridiculously overpriced food to hire adequate staff
Have been to this location multiple times due to convenience, not desire. Receive some of the worst I've ever experienced every time I come. And they never fail to disappoint. If you want over priced food and drinks with horrible service, this is the establishment for you.
We had gone here to celebrate a 70th birthday. We ordered drinks and waited about 30 minutes and still didn’t have them so we left the restaurant. So very disappointed ? with the service. If they had just come and let us know what was happening we might not have left.

Came for Mother's Day recently with a huge group!! Not only were they able to accommodate us all, we LITERALLY had no wait time to be seated!!!!! And most restaurants in the area have a 2 hour wait. The food was perfect as always!!! Can't wait to come back!

I went with a friend on a weekend for dinner. They were out of so many food items but I was able to order the Nashville hot wings. This was how my server brought it to me! My friend and I just exchanged a look right away and tried not to laugh. ? Who lets a dish out of the kitchen looking like this?! It’s not the server’s fault; there is a specific person who is meant to be in the kitchen doing quality control on all tickets so it’s that person/the BOH manager who I hold responsible. But holy moly! Not nearly enough attention to detail for the price point, which is sad because I really used to enjoy coming here. But $45 for two drinks and an appetizer that was very clearly carelessly put together just isn’t incentive to come back.
