Nice place for breakfast but make sure to check in online to avoid the long wait on the weekend.
So delighted with service with a smile and assistance from everyone even if it was not my server. I took my grandson 14 today for his birthday at Fresh Watch Huntersville. I asked for the special BD offer. Mgr explained the procedure to get this promotion. However she made a exception which impressed me as well as the birthday boy. Food excellent, server I called Ebony (wrong name) smiled and brought all things requested in a timely fashion without the usual look of give me a chance. The 5ft 3 Mgr made small talk with BD boy. She was amazing customer care with ease. Ki thank you.
I didn't have a great experience here. Our waiter was fairly new and forgot our table for a good 20 minutes. But the manager was quick to correct and made sure someone came. Our water glasses were not washed, I could wipe off the grime with my finger which was pretty disgusting. The food was pretty good, it was expensive for the amount of food but overall it wasn't bad. I probably wouldn't come back here. Just go to Metro Diner instead if you want a really good breakfast place.
So yummy... the waffle was my favorite. Usually I don't like cinnamon but I loved it. Eggs were perfect and my husband also enjoyed his dish as well! Looking forward to eating here again
Our server Isabella was amazing, the food was delicious and the mimosas were spot on.
We brought our family for brunch around 11am. No wait to be seated, but once we were seated we were ignored. All my 5 year old wanted was water and we couldn’t even get that. We also had my 1 year old with us. Other tables that were seated after us were promptly taken care of and had water and other drinks to their tables and their meals ordered before anyone even came to our table. My husband who is one of the most laid back people ever finally got up to ask where our the person who was handling our table was or who was taking care of our table. After more waiting we got up and left. As we were leaving we saw the girl we spoke with gossiping with the girl who appeared to be the one handling our table. We spoke to the front to relay our concerns to the manager, but was highly disappointed in this experience. We would never want a family with kids or anyone really to experience what we did.
I would rate a 0 star if I could. We got on the waiting list way in advance on our commute there. We got seated within 15 minutes of arrival and checking in. We sat down and placed our order pretty quickly. Waited on our food almost 1 1/2 hours. After an hour, the waitress came out and said they were out of cobb salad and she would bring menu for another selection. We ended up having to get menu ourself. Waitress came back for revised order and were told rest of food order was coming right out after we had waited over an hour. 30 minutes later we still had not received our food. We asked for manager and was told that they were in kitchen. We looked towards kitchen and there was literally a girl dancing in the kitchen. I totally understand that restaurants are having a hard time finding help but they should warn people that there wait for food after sitting down would still take over an hour. We finally got up and left and walked down to Jason's Deli and had our meal there within 5 minutes.
The atmosphere was upbeat and hardly any wait time on a Easter Sunday. Our waitress was lovely and the food was AMAZING! Best hollandaise sauce I've ever had!
This is the second time I’ve tried this place, and both times were a disappointment, considering the prices. Extremely inattentive and (almost rude) servers both times, and waited for an hour and 45 minutes to eat from the time we put our names on the list to when we actually ate. The food is pretty decent and it’s a lovely concept - fresh food, etc.
Excellent atmosphere, excellent food, great customer service
