Great subs. They don't skimp on the fillings. Ebony was the best!
I can’t thank you enough for your customer service. Our Doordasher neglected to bring drinks and chips in our order and after I called to just make sure they were in the order, someone from your team actually delivered them TO us at our house. This is above and beyond and I really appreciate this. My 3 year old loves the Fire hat too :) The subs were delicious as well!!
UPDATE: Had to change from 5 stars. This used to be our favorite sub shop but then a female manager and a male employee mistreated a young woman with a disability and the same male employee mistreated an older woman with a cane who had a simple request in order to be able to carry her food. This type of treatment is disgusting and they should not be working with the public. If they're having a bad day, too bad! You DO NOT TREAT ANYONE LIKE THAT! There are plenty of people who would gladly take over their positions. They should be thankful to have jobs when so many don't.
These guys and girls are the greatest! They helped me out on Valentine's day by making me a pickle bouquet for my girlfriend and she loved it! Tip top people, tip top sandwiches, highly recommend.
Awesome subs!! Firehouse has better subs than any of the other sub places. Just wish there were more Firehouse sub shops closer.
Eat here a lot due to vicinity of job. Sometimes 3 days a week. Staff is friendly and they have some outstanding subs.

Sloooooow service. I was the only one in the store but waited 15 minutes for my order. Guess online ordering takes priority. Also the menu board had some incorrect prices listed.
