Customer service was good but the donuts we got were a little dry.
Got the signature mocha iced coffee. Very good. Easy to go through the drive through even though they were under-staffed. Quick, and attentive. I appreciate it as a busy REALTOR®️
Employees are always nice but the drive thru service is horrible. It’s takes about 5-8 minutes per car. Something needs to change. People parking and going inside come back out with their order before we move one car out of the line.

They won’t sell me donuts because I ordered too many. Only 3 dozen. Guess local donut shop did and it taste lot better so thanks for pushing your customer out
Im a Dunkin addict at home so needed my fix in NC. Not too many in the area. Found this one with a line of about 15 cars !! Went inside and was served immediately. Happy camper here!
My trip was horrendous. I went through the drive through and there was a boy at the window who emptied a bottle of whipped cream on a receipt. Then he asked me if I wanted it, I declined. He then proceeded to lick the receipt. It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Then my coffee (iced coffee with almond milk and caramel) tasted horrendous. If the coffee was good, I probably would’ve ignored the rest of the encounter…
Unfurtunetly this dunkin is the only one within a close range of my house. Although the employees are nice, the location is severely under staffed and waiting 15-20 minutes for a coffee is considered the norm at this location. Managment also seems lackluster as employees just seem to get flustered when working and most don't even know their own menu. This location needs significant improvement asap

I was at Dunkin' Donuts in desperate need of a coffee in order to get through final exams season, and I ordered a hot coffee through Ms. Sonia Pereira. Unfortunately, the coffee was so hot that my tongue started burning, and it eventually caught on fire. I was having an awful day, and I even regretted heading to Dunkin' Donuts, but then, luckily, Ms. Sonia Pereira came by with a fire extinguisher and saved the day! She used the fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire on my tongue and I was able to drink my coffee to be able to study for my finals! Thanks to Sonia, I got all As on my finals!!
