I had a very bad experience, the waitress was friendly, but lacked attention or she must of been new but whatever the case may have been the manager in charge should have been over seeing the restaurant and paying attention to their employees! It took one hour to get the pizza and we asked for a to go box and waited another thirty minutes and never received one!
I had a great lunch today at Duckworth's Huntersville. The hostess Grace was able to find a quiet table in the back so I could conduct my meeting and Rachel was the 'perfect' server! 5 Stars!!

Had a great lunch at Duckworths! The buffalo nacho’s are awesome! I had the supreme Philly, pretty good.They have a large beer selection if that’s your thing.
We were in town for a tournament and my husband found this place online. We didn't know what to expect except for the posted reviews. They did not lie! The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious and the service was awesome too! My husband enjoyed the wings and salmon. My daughter and I had the mozzarella sticks and Impossible Burgers. As non-meat eaters, it's hard to find a restaurant that serves Impossible burgers that are cooked well. Our non-burgers were great! And the tater tots were crispy and hot. I took a slice of the Coconut Cake to-go and could have easily gone back the next day just for cake. If I lived in the area, I would frequent this spot regularly. If our travels bring us back to the area, we will definitely eat here again!
Overall great experience. My husband and I were traveling from NH to see family and staying nextdoor for the night and stopped over for dinner. The atmosphere was fun. The staff were friendly and engaged. My only complaint- appetizer came out after our main course.
All 3 of us were pleased with our meals. They made me a very nice side salad. The homemade chips are great and so are their homemade dressings and sauces. Our server Riley was awesome. She was very accommodating and kept our glasses full.
It was okay. We arrived while the Sunday after church crowd was finishing up and disappearing. However, we waited over 30 minutes for our food. Just 2 cheese steaks. Our server was okay.
ORDERED HALF RACK OF RIBS.... They Where extremely Dried out. I was able to Salvage Two ribs that possibly had meat on them. The four other ribs to the tip was rock hard. Of course I ordered online and picked up my order and brought it home so I did think I would have to QC my food before leaving. Sure I had to call and told them that they need to QC the food....sure the the owner will send a generic message apologizing but the point is you need to fire your management and your Cooks if you want to take the food service seriously.
Service was great. Server was new but she provided excellent service. The Manager was really nice. Old man had the burger which was excellent, cooked very well, very juicy. I got the fish and chips. Menu is misleading as fish and chips should be just that. End read it also comes with to sides, it did not. Two pieces of fish, and one side meaning your chips which was plenty however not what the menu stated for the 17.99 price tag. But the manager did bring chips (ff) out to make it right. For a Friday night it was busy but not overly crowded. Would highly recommend eating here. And will again
