James really helped me out today by moving up my pickup order time for me on the fly and had great customer service. Thank you so much!
Ordered 10 pizzas for a birthday party, delivery was on time and pizza was excellent. Always had great service from this Domino’s.
Ordered pizza online, for delivery. Estimate says 50-60 minutes. An hour later it still said "in prep". Called store to check on this, phone goes straight to hold music, no answer. Finally drove to store, still with phone on hold. Now at an hour twenty minutes. Told pizza just in oven now. Twenty minutes after that, finally get pizzas. Told there would be no charge. Guess what--we got charged! For pizzas AND DELIVERY AND TIP!!! And, the pizzas were terrible, not enough sauce to taste, toppings barely there or entirely missing. Made several complaints, including emailing the Director of Operations for Dominoes, Kyle, as he requested. No refund, no response, no nothing. Just don't buy here. There are plenty of other pizza places around.RESPONSE TO KYLE'S REPLY BELOW: I have been emailing you at that address, as you instructed me to, since January 10th. Have also sent you repeated messages on Facebook, where you also put this same type of reply, and told me to email you. You haven't answered any of them. No answer to the emails, no answer to the messages, no answer to the posts. And no, I would not agree that this was not the norm. Just the worst.FURTHER UPDATE: Did email "Kyle" again, twice. Not a word in reply. Don't be fooled by his fake concern. Once they have your money, they don't care what they give to you, or do to you. Plenty of other pizza places around. Go to any of them.
Very disappointing when you get dry burnt pasta with BEARLY ANY ALFREDO SAUCE , as a worker how do you feel ok with sending this out to someone? Smh
I love Domino's pizza "but"recently what i have noticed, they stopped free Oregano, chilli flakes and Garlic dip. Papa jones still gives it free.on top of it Very thin veggie cut and very less sprinkles. Started double veggies option but why lowered the basic standard.Fix the standards guys, can cut them thin for less water content in pizza but atleast sprinkle veggies nicely for nutrition value.
Ordered a few days ahead and paid through PayPal. Pizza arrived on time. Delivery guy requested payment. Told him I paid online. He went down to his car to call the store. After about 5 minutes I called the store - was on hold with ads for just a few. (By now the pizza is getting cold.) Girl answered and told me I didn’t pay. She was ok at first but then accused me of wanting free pizza which got me angry. I didn’t ask or imply I wanted it for free. She hung up. Evidently the charge on preorders from an earlier day may not take; and she said she couldn’t do anything on her end to push that payment through. Of course I was annoyed -but being accused was just unacceptable and ticked me off. All through school I worked in a restaurant and I know dealing with the public can be tough, but throwing accusations is never going to end well. I felt bad for the driver. He did his job but left with the pizzas and got no tip. I hope this store reimburses him for the tip I originally applied.
The driver got lost. It wasn't his fault the quality of food I received was below standards. I have never had a problem before. Ive always enjoyed my food but tonight the wings were so so small and my cheesy bread was dry and burned. I understand being short staffed because I work in a hospital but this is mot acceptable. SMDH. Please do better by the next customer.
Ordered 2 pizzas online, the tracker said time for delivery would be 50-60 minutes. An hour later, tracker showed our order still in "prep" stage. Called the store to find out what was going on, immediately sent to hold, music and annoying voiceovers. After over 15 minutes on hold, drove to store to see what was going on, still on hold, call never answered. Was told store was really backed up. Delivery drivers waiting for orders to take out were seen doing small tasks instead of answering phone or helping out. Took twenty minutes to get pizzas, Dave the supposed manager said there would be no charge. Came home to find pizzas weren't made correctly, missing ingredients (like the honey bbq sauce on the memphis chicken pizza!), but since it was now nearly two hours later, and we were told we wouldn't have to pay for them, we gave up. Today, (after the weekend), I see that we were charged $53.13 on our paypal for bad pizzas that were an hour late that we had to go pick up ourselves!! Have attempted to call the store, but no one is answering the phone!
Very bad experience, placed online order for 1 hour delivery time,No updates online called after one hour a lazy voice answered the call to let me know delivery is 1:30 hourWaited for that long more and no deliveryVery bad service ,,,, I will not order from this location againDomino should be a shamed of operating out if this location
We love Domino's Pizza and it has been our go-to for chain pizza the past few times. The pizza from this location has always been great and the staff has been friendly. However, our last experience was quite frustrating and it's difficult to know how much blame goes to management or domino's corporate. We generally order pizza to-go after we grocery shop since we have so many options nearby. I generally try to time the order so the pizza is ready around the time we are done. On this occasion, I walked in right at the assigned time I was given when I ordered. They seemed busy and I noticed my name on the board for 25 minutes remaining. Confused, I asked the cashier about my wait time (since we had cold groceries in the car) who said she would check, but then got distracted by a coworker's question and walked off. I figured I'd just wait (as many others were) and stood off to the side. Once my time got down to about 7 minutes, it changed back up to 25 minutes again. Frustrated, I walked out and my wife and I drove home to put our groceries in the fridge. Despite the time it took to do all this, the app still said my order had not even been started yet. We headed back out and still had to wait another 10 minutes. Long story short, our 7:00pm pickup turned into 7:50pm. This was also a Tuesday, so no weekend rush or anything. I understand the staffing issues, I really do. If I order online and it says 2 hours, totally fine, I will adjust my life to fit that. But it's very frustrating when something like pizza is 50 minutes over the assigned time. Even if I was told when I initially arrived that it was going to be another 45 minutes, fine, not a big deal. But it was super annoying to wait around for almost 20 minutes watching a "remaining time" get close zero and then randomly increase back to the original time again after I already waited through it. The location may not be able to control what the app or the board says, but that needs to change. If they are behind, they need a way to delay all orders by a an hour or two to play catch up. Yes, they may lose a few customers that night who want something immediate, but at least the ones you do serve won't be annoyed since they could at least plan for the longer assigned time. Had we known it was going to be an extra hour, we would've started our grocery shopping an hour later instead of having to drive back out again to the exact same shopping center just to pick up a pizza. I feel like this would be an easy fix from Domino's Corporate.
