Mmmmmm, first time going to CrumblCookies and got the Iced Oatmeal and the Snickerdoodle w.CreamCheese icing both served warm and I paired them both w.Baskin Robbins Pralines n Cream ice cream & both servings it taste DA BOMB!!! But as far as the cookies, I didn't like that the middles taste raw or not finished baking. They actually taste raw or undone only in the middles. The outside edges are DIVINE but those centerparts need to be baked more. So pop them in the oven to finish them off if you won't mind the icing melting off.

I absolutely LOVE Crumbl Cookies and the many different combinations they create. You are sure to fine something for whatever your taste is as the menu changes weekly...that's actually part of the fun! I look forward to the new menu each week!! So far the favorites for me and my sister are the Oreo and key lime pie. I even have the cute Crumbl Cookie cutter that makes it perfect for sharing when we are in the car.

Other franchises need to come study and shadow this location. They always get it right! They show you your cookie before boxing it up and the cookies are baked all the way through. Those sound like small things but I’ve been to other locations and those two things don’t always happen. I’ve had way too many cookies from this location. This week I tried the Carmel cake and the Boston creme pie flavors. Each was so unique and good. I’m tempted to come back and I live over 30 minutes away.

Yesterday was my first visit to this store, and I was served a completely raw cookie. I received no apology from the staff, and was just handed another cookie. I am really glad we choose to eat the cookie there instead of driving all the way home, only to find out we paid $4 for a cookie we couldn't eat. Luckily, my daughter seems to be feeling fine. It's concerning they aren't ensuring the cookies are cooked properly. I do not anticipate returning again in the future.

Every cookie I’ve tried here has been amazing. The app is so streamlined and easy to use, plus curbside!! Also love the weekly cookie flavor drops. Easily one of my favorite dessert spots right now. Check them out!!

A bit pricey but delicious. Almost a bit too sweet. They are so sweet I can't even eat half at a time but they are so good it keeps you coming back for more. They are also very large cookies.... the biggest I've ever seen! I tried one of each and was too excited to take a picture...oops.

Always fresh and warm. Very tasty and perfect for office pick me up

Last week was my first time buying from here. As soon as I walked in I noticed I could order from the kiosk attached to the wall. The cost surprised me at first and had me wondering why my total was so high. I turned around and that’s when I see the actual cookies. THEY ARE HUGE! After a few minutes of waiting, they handed me a box and the weight was a surprise. It seemed like the box wouldn’t support it well. Paranoid, I supported the bottom and drove off to my work potluck. Even though it was my first time there, my coworkers were freaking out because they are regulars to a Crumbl Cookies from a further city. I ordered every one they had on the menu in duplicate and they were amazing! We had to cut them in half because they are large enough to be meals all by themselves! Try them. You’ll love the cookies! Definitely worth the cost.

This was my first time ordering cookies from Crumbl and they were a Valentine's gift. Over half of the cookies were broken, smushed, or on top of each other when they arrived. The box was also covered in icing all down one side. To top it off, I pre-ordered this on Saturday for Monday and wasn't aware the flavors change on Monday. So all the flavors I wanted for this gift were completely different and no one notified me that what I ordered versus what I would receive would be different. I'm really disappointed and for $35 worth of cookies, I expected better. The only reason I am giving this review 2 stars is because the person I spoke with at the Huntersville store was very understanding and issued a refund. According to her, the store uses Doordash to deliver their cookies and there was no mention of this on their website. So if you want to order from here, I would suggest going directly to the store.

Went into this location and stood at the counter for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I ordered online, so it was just a matter of picking up my order. Another younger customer walks in and she was immediately asked what her name was to pick up her order. I interrupted and said that I was waiting before she walked in and the employee finally acknowledged my presence. She was served and I waited even longer after they forgot my name. And the order was incorrect!
