Check your food!!! Awful service and employees can’t get a simple meal right, this was the only place open late at night and I order a cheeseburger and I get home *30 minutes away* I find out they give me a pork sandwich after verifying it was the correct food will not be back
This is the only reliable fast food option on exit 23 anymore. They are actually open late, don’t give attitude when they take your order, they actually ask if you want sauce, they actually give napkins(idk why this doesn’t seem to be the standard for fast food places anymore. You eat the food with your hands, you need napkins), the food is always hot, and honestly the food quality has been improving over my last few visits.The literal only thing I’d say as constructive criticism is that sometimes they should wipe the milkshakes off before handing them to you. It’s usually always a mess. But this is easily something I can fix and I’m not taking a star off for that.
Ordered BLT tray in drive-thru. Sandwich had no tomato, limp, wilted lettuce, and bacon was shriveled up into a small circle. The fries were good.
This place is complete trash! First off got my order wrong! Went back through drive thru to find when I get home it's still wrong and I only get 5 sad cheese bites unlike a normal pile of them! Zero napkins or sauce to top it off!
Awful experience. The person who took my order was extremely rude and abrasive, and my order was wrong by a lot. Rude customer service trumps everything, so I will try avoid this chain and go to the others nearby instead.
Good food at a good price but drive-thru only.Dine in was closed.Got our order wrong again!That was my last visit.
Last time I was here it was good but I will not eat here again until the dining room is open. I want to wash my hands before I eat my sandwich and I'm not going through the drive-thru and eating my sandwich with dirty hands.
Got my order 90% right which is good for cookout. Food was good & staff was nice. This one has a higher success rate than the one on sunset so I’ll probably come here more.
First time at this Cookout today, as my neighborhood cookout is never a pleasant experience. Today I got great customer service, the food was presented very well put together, and tasted delicious ! Gentleman at the window had a great spirit about him as well.
Small burgers. The sliced onion was larger then 2 stacked burgers inside the bun. Soggy bun. Fries not cooked enough. As of today on drive thru window had a 95 sanitation score from January 12,2022.
