Yuck!! ? I had already ordered my food, go over to filly cup with tea and there is no tea. Once I go back to say "hey, there's no tea" the gentleman says "you want tea, it'll be atleast a 15 minute wait" as to act like making tea is a burden. They close at 10pm, its 5pm....why isn't everything stocked up and clean? Everything was just so dirty. Never going back.

This is my first time going to chipotle, the staff there was un organized, and our food was awful.They wouldn’t listen to what I wanted on my food. Everything there was dirty, the grill was coated to blackened food and was smoking. I’ve worked in the food industry that’s a huge fire hazard. And all of the food was getting mixed together because the employees are going so fast they are leaving a huge mess. If someone is allergic to something good luck.My boyfriends burrito was literally not even folded everything was spilled out all over the bag because the women through it in.

I have been in many different Chipotles in several different states in the last decade, as I am a big fan of the type of food/quality/affordability/convenience that they offer.Unfortunately this restaurant is falling short for several reasons. First you never know what you will end up paying in this particular restaurant. The staff is all over the place. My wife and I came here, often with our children and we don't recall many occasions when we paid the same for the same order. When we order food to go, most often they mess up the order. Never the less this place won't go down as the cleanest place either...So sad!

I ordered online and picked up my order. When I got home the order was totally wrong. What the sticker on my bowl said was completely different than what was inside. I tried to chat with pepper online and get getting “page not found” errors. I tried to call the store to get my money back but you literally can’t get through. It’s just an automated message saying to go online and talk to pepper which I have been trying to do for half an hour. Incredibly frustrating and now I’m just out the money.

We ordered 2 Barbacoa bowls are were ripped off again by this location. Both bowls were completely wrong, I am simple and he likes more options but the whole thing was bad!!! I tried to call and of course with nobody but an automated system called Pepper I had no help offered at first but then an automated bogo! REALLY? I ordered cause we were hungry now, not next time ( like there will be another one when we have in the past ordered and had half of a meal already eaten once and never got our order the next.. hmmm) I am sure we are DONE giving you a chance again!! They are rip offs! Our order was almost $50.00 and were offered a $24.00 dollar refund with no follow up call when I said no! I will NEVER recommend Birkdale Village Chipotle to anyone, go to Moe’s or La Unita. Chipotle at Birkdale are just thiefs and can’t follow simple order direction.

The mask requirement on the entrance is a joke - how do you expect customers to follow it when the employees won’t? One woman had a mask on her chin and no gloves on while scooping chips into bags. A customer brought her dog in and was holding him up right by the food while ordering and the employees said nothing. This place is gross.

6pm, 10+ people in line (and growing) with one person making the meals. I was the 6th person in line and couldn't help but stare at my clock. Unfortunately, it took 25 minutes to get to me, that's with one person only ordering a bag of chips. Three other employees kept peeking around from the back but not helping the employee out front. Finally, two came out to help when they got to the person behind me. They were out of steak then someone finally came out and put some on the grill. I guess I'm used to always seeing fresh food cooking on a Chipotle grill especially at dinner time..Whoever owns this Chipotle really needs to check in on their business and probably be present to help. I was shocked at how slow and disorganized it was. Luckily, everything tasted fine and the orders were correct.

1st server had mask under her chin, 2nd server under his nose. Both pulled their masks up at my request (after breathing on food) and changed their gloves. Food was fine. Would not eat there again due to lax masking enforcement by management. Sorry I didn't leave today.

Definitely the worst Chipotle I've visited, and I've been to many all over the country.Order ahead is pointless here. The order will not be done in time for your pickup time, and if it is, double check the bag before you leave. Last time I came here (after over 6 months avoiding it) the entire in-store line was served before they started making pickup orders. They asked for all 5:30 and 5:40 orders to give their name... after 6pm!I suggest either visiting Moe's on the other side of 77 or heading to Mooresville or Northlake if you really want Chipotle.

Chipotle is one of my favorite fast casual places~ but this location is ruining that for me. EVERY time I go it’s filthy, trash on the tables, garbage overflowing, tea empty or moldy, and the worst food quality at any location I’ve ever been to. I wish management here would clean it up! It’s a shame such a busy place has such a disappointing store.
