Always check your meal before leaving. I ordered $66 worth of food via the app. I picked it up, everything was wrong and over 1/3rd of the food was missing. Instead of refunding they gave me coupons.Avoid this location.
When arrived in the drive through I was nicely greeted by order takers but as I approached the window the employee was very short and rude. Everything was correct but when I arrived home my mac and cheese was not even halfway full and my nuggets were ice cold.
Stopped in Huntersville NC on our way home to Canada. We always wanted to try Chic-Fil-A. Well I wish we hadn't gone. The fries were soggy and cold and the chicken burger was cold. I was supposed to get the spicy chicken but what I got had no spice. If you call that spicy then you have no idea what spice is. The only reason I gave a one star is the young staff were very polite.
Overall very solid and consistent restaurant..I only take off a star because it's slower to get food out versus what I'm use to at other Chick-fil-A. Definitely doesn't stop me from going though.
Chick-fil-A is always good, always super busy, always friendly and you actually get chicken in your sandwich not like most competitors.The soup is excellent as well.
Messed up our order a few times. Recently had to go back to correct a sandwich but later found out we were still missing a fruit cup and all of our sauces.
For a Chick-fil-A I'm saddened my main store is in mooresville (best one I have ever been). This specific location didn't offer me sauces and the breakfast hashbrowns were mush sadly
I popped up for a sweet tea & a kids meal. Harrison is the best employee! This young man knows how to provide customer service. First class treatment of customers & I should know, I only expect the best! I’ll be back!

Food was great. Custumer service was on point. It is one of the only restuarants in Huntersville open until10p. It is geat having this option since i work latw nights.
