I came here with my roommate and friends to celebrate her birthday and we wanted good, clean food. That's exactly what we got, but wasn't expecting the amazing service we got as well! Amber, Jenna Ave Caylee took such great care of us and made the whole experience first class! Not to mention how delicious our food was! Thanks so much and I will definitely be coming back!
My husband and I are regulars at Cava and the quality of food is always excellent and healthy. We were particularly happy to meet the new manager, Rahim, who is outgoing, friendly and generous. He served us quickly and with a smile. We also appreciate Jake. We can’t wait to come back!!
To say I routinely visit this place for lunch would probably be an understatement. I almost always order on the app, and without fail my food is ready when I arrive. It’s always great, and as always, I’ll continue to be back. I have dined in a couple of times, and the staff is excellent to work with. Lot of construction in Birkdale, so little tough to get to right now, but that’s not Cava’s fault.
The food is okay but they're always out of things or make mistakes. Order was messed up and it's not the first time. I order extra chicken and they didn't even bother to put any in, just a pile of lettuce, veggies, and sauce. And I paid extra money for the extra chicken. What a joke. Be careful to check your order carefully because something will likely be messed up.
Had lunch here today. The location is nice, plenty of outdoor seating. The food is always great — a bowl can actually be two meals. Also, if you’re unsure about which dressing to get, ask Clint. He hooked me up with an amazing combo… SO GOOD!!!
Carina was the sweetest and most helpful person when I went in yesterday. She exudes positivity and happiness and was a joy to be around. I had never been before but was convinced to go with my son who was home from college and raved about the one in Wilmington. Best decision ever! Amazing food, amazing customer service and impeccably clean.
Dined in the Birkdale shopping area after years, must say it's a great place. CAVA had indoor seating, outdoor closed patio and open air front tables. The service was great, and I really enjoyed our meal. Granted it's a chain the food was not new to me , but liked this particular location and the town square type ambiance around it perfect for spring and summer weather.
I actually really enjoyed my experience. The food was pretty good and i really appreciated the costumer service especially this one worker Riley I believe her name was, she was just delightful. She was so kind and sweet! I definitely recommend coming here.
Fantastic Service, very clean, attentive to all customer, I even set up my mobile office with wall power at the table. I had a problem with ordering via Uber Eats. The Restaurant Guest Experience Manager (Clint Chatman) took care of my problem without hesitation. I will definitely come back to my favorite Cava location.
In short, cava was amazing. Atmosphere, line, service, all par for the course. But the food?!?! The food alone lifted this place from an average 3-star to one of my favorite places in Birkdale. Well worth your time and money.
