Had dinner with my daughter after picking her up at the airport in Charlotte. I had the fire grilled pork chop and she had lasagna. Delicious. Great service and atmosphere. Love the lentil soup.
The worst. No greet, sat and waited while 3 employees had a pow wow with the bartender. Once greeted. She was pleasant. Ordered Pollo Rosa with fettuccine Alfredo. It was 25.00 and looked like a kids meal.Don't post pictures on your menu and not expect people to expect the same. I could have hung wall paper with the pasta, just a wad..The bartender never came back, I had to ask another person for a glass of wine. The perception was, " we just want to stock and go home". Sad but true. Zero... I mean zero cares about guests. She stocked and never spoke to us. Her manager was helping her, and never acknowledged our existence. No management was present on the floor. It's looked like maybe a young lady with a swipe card on her wrist was in the expo window but she just was engaged in conversation with to go girls. What happened to table touched, " Hi. Just wanted to stop by..How was dinner tonight?"Never, never again.Guests are how you pay your bills,Obviously No one at that establishment needed to pay for anything ?.Lots of choices to eat in the area, Carrabba's...Will never be in our rotation again✌️??
This place used to be The Bomb in early 2000’s. Now, in 2022… It looks and tastes like a Bomb hit it!!! Nasty greasy from front door to tables to restrooms. Looks as if it was last cleaned back decades ago. The Fried Calamari, which was the Only thing I ever ordered for take out, went from Fresh calamari fried in a white-clear light big fluffy crisp batter to now shipped battered calamari thrown into old dark oil, it tastes and looks to Me. I’m positive this incredible Dish has drastically changed! Still good enough to eat while driving but NOTHING like it used to be!!! Clientele seems to have changed, as well. What a shame. I have eaten dinners years ago, indoors and food was good. So I can’t say whether the other Dishes are still good or gone downhill. Price point had not changed much from 20 years ago for the Calamari. However….. the same nice portioned loaf of Awesome bread still comes with the Calamari Dish BUT PLAN ON AN IMMEDIATE VISIT WITH YOUR DENTIST AFTERWARDS!!!!! Bread which used to melt in your mouth and fresh out of the oven is now cold dried thick inside hard as a brick and at least five to seven days old re-heated over and over and over again. WILL BREAK YOUR TEETH. THIS, too is such a shame! I could not literally eat the bread. And the side of fresh ground herbs are no more. Instead is a tiny clump of old herbs glued together. Only the packets of To Go olive oil were fresh! The Calamari Dish does come with a marinara sauce and a white sauce but I don’t care to use them. I won’t be ordering Calamari anymore. But found some frozen at the local grocery store! Going to try my hand at lightly breading & frying them at home to see if they taste just as good. Unless meat is too tough, the results should at least be better than what I recently ate!
It was awesome! Gavin was our waiter and he was very informative, really good and helped us a lot. This was one of the best waiters we have had in a long time. The food was great. A very awesome experience all the way around! Will definitely come back again.
Service was great-- gentleman who attended to our table did a great job. Food was typical for this Italian chain, substantial and consistent for the brand. Good choice of wine. Only negatives were the temperature inside. Must have thermostat set at 62 or so and bathroom stall door wouldn't close and something leaking water on the floor.
Wonderful staff and great food
Gavin was energetic and professional. The valentine menu shared starter was burrata with cherry tomatoes, red onion slices dressed with a delicious balsamic vinegar. Accompanied by fresh hot Italian bread completed the starter. The salad/soup course, either Caesar or lentil sausage were perfectly prepared by temperature and finishing. Main course of either chi ken marsala or Bryan were moist and nicely sauced. The sides of grilled asparagus and mashed red skin potatoes are a must order. Dessert of cake, berries and ice cream with hot black coffee rounded out a perfect valentine date.
delicious food with a great atmosphere
One of the best Carrabbas I have ever been to!!!Great cooks and service!!!!
Kids wanted pasta and we couldn't remember the last time we took them there if ever. They loved it! 5 & 7 year old wouldn't stop eating it was so good.
