My order is seldom correct. Always check your order before you leave the drive thru
The drive thru was pretty slow, but that's to be expected. 1 star because they skipped items ordered.
The service is bad the manager has a nasty attitude they had my order messed all the way up they lucky to even get one star I repeated my order at least 3 times while placing my order
I have never had a good experience at this burger King and tonights visit was absolutely no exception. I ordered a very simple order of a whopper meal with nothing on it, however I received a burger with cheese and was up charged for the cheese. The employees did not fix this up charge and all they did was pull the cheese off my burger, failing to even remove all of it. I am allergic to cheese and if I ate this it could've seriously harmed me. I would have sued if I was made sick by this, so I'm glad I caught it before eating. I would like a refund for this order and I will never be returning. I will be pursuing my refund through corporate.
Never have a good experience at this BK. Always a long wait whether at the drive Thru or walk in. My last experience there a few days ago, I ordered food online to pick up directly through the BK app. Was charged for it, app said closes at 8pm. Got there at 6:41pm about 10 mins after I placed my order. Pull up to the drive through. “I’m sorry, we’re closed”. I let her know I placed a mobile order. She said sorry, we’re closed. Reach out to your bank. And that was the only response I got from her. Not sure why they were “closed” at 6:41 on a Monday either…customer service was awful, took my money and received no food. Reached out to customer service online and got a refund few days later. That’s the only reason for the 1 star. Funny thing is, I decided to see if they were still allowing orders later on that evening. About an hour later the app was still accepting orders. Go figure.
The usaual, cold burgers!! They COULD have the BEST burgers IF they would ever serve one HOT!
39 cent whopper was a joke.no condiments and cold and soggy.If you celebrate the whopper by advertising it at this price then don't skimp on the ingredients.This location in Huntersville should be shut down...Pathetic staff and product.Waited 30 minutes in line for the worst experience ever at fast food restaurant.What a joke this place is.I feel bad leaving 1 starShould be minus 5 stars
Generally, a great experience at this Burger King. The burgers and fries have always been served hot and tasting fresh. We can always rely on the food being good quality at this location. Most of the time, the staff is very friendly and wonderful to talk to. There have been a couple instances of staff not being very friendly and the location being closed outside of normal hours, but those have only been once or twice occurrences out of many otherwise good visits.
This Burger King seems to always be staffed by people with great attitudes!
Service was excellent, the only reason I gave it a 3 star is because the whooper didn't have the flame broiled flavor that you'd expect at Burger King, the line moved quick, the guy working the window was a total professional, and the sandwich wasn't nasty or anything, the burger patties were just not right. But I went like 2 weeks ago, Google just suggested I do a review
