Location near North Meck & Huntersville Wal-Mart - Where is management or district management? Food has been disgusting and seemingly old for past few visits. Most recent visit was definitely the deciding factor to not return. Wait times are high, always out of something, order consistently incorrect...the young adults or teens running it could care less. Get them removed or properly trained! Get your food quality under control!
Slow service, which is ok during these trying times of people not wanting to work. Food was ok. Definitely had a lot better from Bo's. Let something off my order. Didn't charge me for it so, oh well...
It was horrible, they told me they didn’t have any chicken sandwich at all, I was cut off while I was ordering my food, I could hear them playing in the back group, when I got done with my order they give me a HARD Bo berry biscuit that didn’t have no icing on it at all. These kids were playing around and not caring about the service or food they put out
Overall just not a good customer service experience. Took forever to get through the line even with plenty of staff there. They said they were out of a lot of menu items but then after waiting forever they offered the items that they said were out. There only seemed to be one person there that actually cared. Will not be returning here any time soon.
Waiting until order is placed to inform a customer that payment has to be exact change or card… sign should be put out OR communicated before order is placed. Canceled order .
Cheap and filling breakfast in the form of a classic sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Not the sort of thing I should or do eat every day, but it hit the spot nonetheless. Service was reasonably fast and friendly during the breakfast rush.
Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Both cashiers at the drive thru were so rude. Waited at the second drive thru window for 10 minutes, and the cashier was just talking to coworkers while my food was at the window and then was so rude handing me my food. Why should I feel like I’m inconveniencing a business when I’m giving them my money?
Slow, food took forever. I waited on 1 biscuit.. brown sugar cinnamon... I had to go back to the window to get it!... I won't go there unless I absolutely have no other choice.

I had a great breakfast biscuit this morning but poor service at the drive through window about 10:30am. I don’t have time or heart to write bad reviews but listen. The young man that took my card was great. However, I could not have been more flabbergasted at the young woman at the second window. When I politely asked for simple condiments she would say “Huh?” I told her all I need are 3 Splenda and 2 regular creamers for the (cold) coffee. She said, “We ain’t got nun dat.” So, she hands me two handfuls of sugar packets (which I can’t do) and a hodge-podge of various creamers. HANDFULS. I don’t believe she was able to read which is, well, no child left behind aftermath I suppose.Look, I am not asking for perfection just simple COMPETENCE! I never leave bad reviews so check out my other 5 star reviews on here. This is appalling behavior and truly disappointing.
