I try not to be a negative person. I try to be patient. But we waited in the drive through (dining room was closed) for over 35 minutes today. I only waited because I was stuck. I understand no one wants to work anymore, but if you can't get employees and actually serve people, maybe you should stay closed. Then, my small, 3 person order wants even correct. So frustrating.
We got to the location and there were no cars in line. We sat waiting to place an order for at least 3 minutes. We said 'hello' no one said anything... then a female asked to take order. She was very dry and short- no customer service skills at all. When we got to the window, the female at the window (assuming the same female) did not speak, did not say anything. We had to ask for the receipt and her name was not on it. Not a good customer service experience.
The food I received was good and fresh. I asked about the extras I ordered and they said "it's in the box". I pulled off and checked the box and they forgot my large fry. My daughter went inside to get it. When I arrived home I realized they forgot the sauce as well. I ordered the family box with 8 pieces and 12 supreme, 3 sides, and an iced tea. I also ordered a large fry and 3 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. We asked for honey mustard sauce and honey for the biscuits. Imagine my annoyance at arriving all the way home to find there were no sauces or honey. At least I realized they missed my large fry which when we got was a little crisper than it should have been. Someone needs to change their oil. The people were friendly though, just not organized like they should be.
Completely uncooked chicken. Thinking about doing way more than a bad review honestly because this could turn into a major issue. We will see if I wake up with food poisoning. The folks there were nice enough but they did think we were someone else and gave us the wrong total at the window. Anyway, gonna go get rid of the few bites I had taken??
Chicken was not very good today and the pinto beans were not hot. Biscuit was good.
Multiple items missing from order, drive thru took an extremely long time to get through. Was given attitude when I came back to express my order wasn't fulfilled correctly. Food itself was good though.
The food was fresh, hot and VERY good. I normally will not eat any chicken sandwich, but did for the first time and it was SO GOOD. I was truly impressed and we will go back again. ❤❤❤❤
Drive thru around 2 pm takes 40 min to get through and the line was 5 cars long with no one dining in. food was decent.
Great experience the drive thru was fast the food was hot and fresh no complaints highly recommend.
Nothing better than a warm biscuit served with butter or jelly. Always greeted by friendly ladies. Love their morning crew
