I asked Google for the top breakfast in my area, and as such was sorely disappointed. Not only was the place nearly deserted, but the service was pretty slapdash, regardless. I asked for the mint tea, and the server brought me ONE cup of hot water with a tray of tea bags. Mint was not one of the options. Why would you even bring me tea if you knew you didn't have what I asked for?The food was lukewarm, and they brought me syrup in this tiny little shot glass, which I inevitably had to ask for a refill. The hot cocoa was their only saving grace—the only thing I would consider returning for.Save yourself a trip; these guys clearly don't care about the customers, or the food they're making.
This review is disappointing. My husband and I arrived. Waited to be seated. Waitress wiped table. Another came in one minute and asked us what would be our order. We asked for a few minutes to look over the menu. She obliged. Ordered what we wanted. It took 35 minutes. Different waitress. Hardly any patrons. Plenty staff. We never received any considerations or concerns as to how our food was or any refills. Food ratings...Steak too tough to cut. Dry. Bread was cold. Butter for bread frozen. Fruit was dried up and hard. Some of the food was missing. Waited 20 minutes for the receipt. 20 minutes. We had to find someone to get our receipt. The so-called manager faked concern but didn't faked taking our money. The place was deserted. SERVER ERIN. CASHIER KYLE. RECEIPT #20104.I hope your visit to this Bob Evans will be better than ours.
Food wasn't what I expected... expected more flavor, sausage tasted of grass or weeds. Very odd flavor. Food was ok but I wasn't wowed!Service was great even tho you could tell they were short staffed, but manager was clearing tables (didn't acknowledge tables just there to clean) only 1 waitress for entire restaurant. Staff wore masks ? which was great. Thanks for the food, but probably won't return.
We ordered a complete turkey dinner to be brought home. The food was delicious and everything was so well prepared and then we were able to present it in a lovely manner. My family thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
Good food, friendly staff, decently priced breakfast except the coffee that was not too good and way overpriced at $2.70 (I believe.) I wouldn't have noticed the price if it was decent coffee. I had to look at the bill after adding a lot more sugar than usual, creamer that I normally don't use, and a pinch of salt to make it palatable. Maybe just an off day. I don't remember it being so rough other times I've been there. Would rate 5 ⭐ if hadn't have been for the coffee.
I used to love this place but wow how things have changed! Good chicken meal as expected but, I was given the bill before I finished and without asking if I would like a dessert! Add that to no coffee refills being offered and just “pies” for dessert and only whipped cream from a can…. Saving grace, they didn’t add the apple pie to my bill!
Today was our Christmas and we decided to go out early to beat the crowd. We were greeted warmly by the waitress. Unfortunately she was told by her manager that they were running low on food and the orders for pick up took priority over our orders. I spoke to the manager and she was unsympathetic and said it would be an hour after the order pick ups. I don’t understand why phone orders were a higher priority over customers in the restaurant. Our friends who were seated were told they didn’t have his meal but only had his wife’s soup. Unacceptable and Unprofessional on Christmas Eve.
Ordered the Thanksgiving meal. Mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, gravy, ham, turkey, stuffing, 12 dinner rolls. Woo-hoo! Very pleased.
Had our Thanksgiving meal at the Huntersville location today. No wait to be seated. Loved everything. The rolls are wonderful. Waitresses were all friendly and acted like they were happy to be there. Thank you for a wonderful meal and everyone there working.
A bit slow on service but great food. And great banana nut bread!!
