The food is so good but the experience is SO BAD. I suffer because these truly are the best bagels I’ve ever had outside of New York - but sheesh, the ladies are so unprofessional. The ordering/payment system is already so slow - but the ladies behind the counter make it so much worse by gossiping with everyone, flirting with male college students, gossiping with each other & taking their sweet time. Why do they only have two toaster after 20 years of being open. It will take 30 mins to even place an order and an additional ten to get two simple bagels. Only come here if you have a bunch of time on your hands. I was 11th on line at 1030am on a Tuesday - I got off the line without even ordering my food at 1050am & got bagels at target because I was going to be late to my doctors appointment. There were still 9 ppl in front of me. Please improve the experience, I’m begging. I know the ladies mean well having a whole conversation with every single person but it’s very frustrating coming here.
Pre-ordered bagels and picked up. Long lines. Busy store. Bagels were good. Cream cheese 3 tubs were not enough for a dozen bagels. Will try again.
Awesome place. Best breakfast bagels and lunch sandwiches. Don’t get scared away with huge waiting lines. There is a reason why people come to this place. It’s worth the wait.Update: looks like they've increased prices a bit, but they're still very reasonable imo. Funny thing is, the staff on the counter were complaining loudly against the price changes. I've never seen that before, the girls are good but even they have to know that it's a bad practice!
It’s a bagel. Typically made ahead of time. Please explain how a bagel place takes 45-60 mins to get through 10 people in line. I agree with the previous review, I’m not sure how you’ve survived or continue to. Solve - have two lines, one for custom and another for bagel and smears only. Disappointed and will not return.
Staff is really nice. Bagels are really flavorful and fresh. Good service and good food. Must try.
I feel bad posting such a negative review as I normally try and post positive experiences. The most important thing a business owner can instill in their employees is "not being rude!" be nice, polite, treat customers like you would like to be treated or one day you'll hang an "Out Of Business" sign on your door! The employees are very unfriendly, rude, talk (curse) about their boyfriends even with young children listening to them. The real sad part is that they do work hard and the bagels are good, but I found another place where they treat customers nicely. Goodbye Bagel Bin!
Lox bagel sandwich is amazing! Perfectly salty and creamy and chewy. Ladies working at the counter are very friendly. My only complaint is that the ordering process is very inefficient since orders are never written down, so I had to repeat myself several times and it slowed done the cooking and checkout process for everyone. But food makes up for it!

Bad really bad . The employees just talk and talk. They acted as they're doing a favor to us the customer. Need better cleaning standards .
I’ve been coming to this place for years (since my family moved here in 1997) and the ladies behind the counters are very sweet BUT masked should absolutely be worn. we are still in a pandemic. People are concerned about their health. PLEASE just take the necessary precautions and be considerate to your customers who largely wear masks.
