Ordered a pot pie and Baja blast then once I get to the window they tell me they're out of Baja blast so I sub out for regular then after I drive away I find out I have no silverware for my pot pie so i go back to ask for a fork and they say they're out of all their silverware and I ask how im supposed to eat a pot pie with no silverware and why they didn't say something to begin with and they just shrugged their shoulder. This place has never been good or on point at any point I'm time .
Good food at a great price. What more can you say.. I think your dollar goes further here than any other fast food restaurant.
Bad customer service from jasmine/jazmine. Go find a different job if you don’t like working there. So much attitude .Went to pick up an online order .. after waiting for 10-12 minutes in the drive through JAZMINE replies .. I don’t see your order. I was like what ? Let me check… then she replies “just pull up to the window” with an attitude and I said do you see my order .. her reply JUST PULL UP TO THE WINDOW. not like oh sorry I actually found your order and you are good to go . Terrible customer service. Hope you are treated like that one day for you to realize what bad customer service looks like.
I don’t know what the deal is with this Taco Bell but their food is never good. Their refried is always old and crunchy. I order a bean burrito and the cheese isn’t even melted and no onions or red sauce. They need to replace the entire staff and train them properly. I now drive 15 min to a different location even though this one is 3 min away.
Outrageously slow. I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Manager did nothing to help us out when we voiced our concerns. Do not waste your time and money by coming to this location.
Mess up my orde. Again. This has got to be one of the worst KFC/taco bells. They should get rid of one and just try to do the other better. With a Bojangles going on, I say cut the KFC. Maybe folks can put the same 8 ingredients into different breads better then.

The people who work here do not care about the customers or getting the food out at a reasonable time. We picked up an order for Uber eats and sat there for almost 25 minutes waiting for the food. The employees were dancing, on their phones, and even though they had the order when we got there, it had not even been started till after we were there for 15 minutes. They need to put someone in charge here who will actually run this business properly.
This is the worst taco bell that I've ever been to. The food was cold, the hard and soft tacos were ripped and broken and the chulupa was uncooked.
I’m normally a pretty easy going guy when it comes to eating out, but this was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins. Order was hilariously wrong. I ordered chicken tacos, got beef. I asked for nachos with no sour cream, got sour cream on them. Asked for hot sauce, got none. Asked for 6 tacos, got 5 of them despite me paying for 6. I was confused because my receipt had the order correct. Like seriously how do you mess up an order that bad? Worst part is I couldn’t get the correct order cause the indoor dining is closed despite Covid mandates having been lifted for months. Only way I could get it corrected was if I waited in the drive thru line again. Seriously, don’t waste your time or money here. Manager seriously needs to be fired. Taco Bell/KFC HQ, if you see this, please fire the manager at this location. They are not doing you any favors, as you can clearly see from the reviews. Would give this place zero stars if I could.
