I came in yesterday to make two foot long subs order, and the lady that works there asked me for which bread, and I said the whole wheat tuna melt, she was about to toast the bread with the tuna, and I asked politely to toast only the bread and the cheese, she started shaking off her head and looked so annoyed, and then she took the next customer order, after the bread was toasted she brought it out and left it there and continued to finish the other customer that came after me, I asked her to finish mine and she was “oh my god” and also not wearing a face mask. I will never coming back to this place, rude and disrespectful and terrible customer service ever!
I almost didn’t come here because of the not great reviews and should have listened. Rude service and rushed through making my sandwich like there was 20 people in line despite being the only one. For ordering a $15 lunch for one person pretty pathetic service. I’ve had a lousy experience with the gas station portion of this location and the subway seems to follow suit. Avoid this place and find somewhere that still believes in customer service.

Apparently I placed an order right before closing time earning me the silent treatment and a $9 sandwich with basically bread. Need to update your app to not push workers past closing. Won't come here again unless I'm desperate.

This location (Main St. Holly Springs) allows you to order online, processes your order and tells you it's ready but the store is actually closed. They charged us for our order but was closed and no one will refund our money. we can't even get a hold of anyone and corporate didn't seen helpful. definitely wouldn't recommend this location. PLEASE list your Latin had closed so no one else can order!
Took ten min for the women to come out of the back room then told me if I didn’t have a mask I needed to leave. If they require a mask they should supply it and on their door is says mask recommended but does not say mandated!!! Someone didn’t feel like working
Toaster equipment was broken, which it is what it is. However when an individual doesn't want to be there and work with a decent attitude, quite frankly it just ruins the appetite. I regularly came for its location near my job but I'd rather drive out and spend my money elsewhere. There are better subways out there folks, business owners and employees who care about what they do and are about. This isn't one of them. Sitting in back with her friend(coworker) while one employee/manager is upfront, getting her attention and attending everyone. She then brings herself to assist me, couldn't even separate the cheese and just passes the sub to someone else while I'm staring at a butchered piece of bread. No way was this place getting a dollar from me. What a shame..

It's Subway nothing fancy, just a sandwich. Standard Subway practices, it's ok.
