Always seems to be out of half their menu. Take the extra few minutes and go to another Starbucks close by. They are more likely to have popular items in stock and are quicker to restock.Staff is wonderful though.
Just went thru the Holly Spring Starbuck around 2:15 on 5/22/2022.. The drive-thru attendant had short black hair was very rude. Then they screwed up our order with the wrong size I asked for a venti with extra shot expresso and they gave me a grande so when they went to correct it they poured it in a venti cup and just added more milk.. it tasted like milk with a hint of expresso. Normally in the past they were friendly but the here lately they been rude and not very clean inside
I love this particular Starbucks! Julian is the best drive-thru order taker ?The entire staff is friendly and customer service oriented.
I really enjoy Starbucks. However, this particular location struggles. Often out of stock on key ingredients, inconsistent flavor, and regularly experience long lines in the dining room and drive thru, too. If you must have a SBUX (and) the drive thru is also a must, then ok... But, I recommend the SBUX in Target, also in this shopping center, as it is consistently good and quicker.

Don't be intimidated by the long lines, the staff here are super fast.The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that I have received very inconsistent espresso from this location. I generally get either straight shots with some cream or Americano and sometimes the shots have muddy taste. You can tell they have not cleaned their machine recently.
So glad green tea is back! Fun greeting at the drive-thru speakers. Did not have my first choice but suggested a great second choice.
I just hit the drive thru here, but they were super nice and fast. I'll go back and check out the inside sometime when I'm not in a hurry. They were awesome, and not busy for a Saturday morning at 7:15am.
Add usual, good service, good ingredients, good products. The only weird thing in this location is the entrance to the drive through, and that can cause some long lines depending on the hour. It might be faster to go inside. Or you can order ahead that can speed up things as well. The app is good on both platforms. You can tip after ordering on the app.
Stopped in while visiting from out of town. The staff was very friendly but the location was out of a lot of supplies and then my coffee was made with the wrong milk which would have been a real problem if I hadn't caught it. I know supplies are an issue nationally so take the supply concern with a grain of salt.
