Kind of amazing how consistently dysfunctional this Starbucks is. Seems there's always something I can't have or do, or they screw up, or both. This time, they didn't have the sandwich I wanted, or my second choice, I couldn't use my star points, they used the wrong kind of cream in my cold brew, and the sandwich they gave me looked like it had been run over by a car. All in one visit.
Was hoping to just grab a quick coffee but had to deal with a rather rude barista (Violetta according to her name tag). Coffee was fine if not entirely what I had ordered, but the general treatment was unacceptable. Didn't help that I could repeatedly see the aforementioned barista touch food with her bare hands, not something I want to deal with during these times. Unfortunate, as I have had plenty of great interactions with other baristas here but this woman made me leave rather upset and unsatisfied. Hoping for improvement in the future!
We was looking for an coffee and we were surprised. Nice and friendly staff, top advisory, specially from the woman behind the counter with the name tag "Stefanie".The shop is well organized and clean. Thank you for your service.
My personal preference is the Vanilla Bean Frappuccino and Pink Drink. Shawntasia prepared my drinks in a way that could not be better. Delicious/Perfection :)
Very friendly team here. They make my coffee just the way I like and getting to hold it in the cup holder on my cart while I shop after I get it is just a bonus!
This is continuously a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. It’s the closest Starbucks to my house so I go there just about every morning after my workout. Well today was the last straw. Taylor was working by himself and had an order of 7 drinks so he says to me “you should go to another location since I have 7 drinks to make”. This is the first time I felt like I was inconveniencing someone for doing their job. I really don’t suggest wasting your time with this Starbucks. Go anywhere else!
Starbucks in Dunn, worker named chase, horrible customer service. Rude to customers.
Not a good choice. Machines seem to always be broken, decaf and regular beans get mistakenly mixed in the machine, the previous nights staff forgets to clean machines... always excuses why they can't be open.New management desperately needed.
it seems like every time I go here the coffee is just not as good as other Starbucks that I go to when I order the same exact thing. I literally gag whenever I drink this coffee. I don’t know why this Starbucks in particular is so different than other ones.
We apsolutly love this Starbucks. We stop in every morning for our favorite coffee and see our favorite baristas with a smile . Danielle and CeCe are so sweet and know how to make a great mocha or latte every time , they know exactly what we want and how we like it .? we love all the starbucks employees at our favorite Harris teeter in HS.
