Would be great if I didn't have to call customer service every other time. And the manager there likes to argue with the customer if they find something not right.
Almost every time I come here they get my order wrong. Sometimes I even go for just my beverage club drink and a lot of the times it's wrong. On numerous occasions I've ordered through the drive through and they don't put utensils in the bag, even though it's been checked off on the printed receipt. The Panera Bread in Fuquay-Varina is exponentially better.
It looks like Panera is running out of lettuce. Found some avocado skin in my salad too, yuck. Nice and clean facility though. Clean bathroom but not fond of the music.
Recently I brought friends to Panera Bread in Fuquay Varina, for lunch and a chance to visit. The selection for lunch was included on a large menu. I had the Mediterranean Warm Bowl with a side of bread. We all had an excellent meal it was prepared fresh. The taste was a clean taste without lots of additives. It was a special treat, when the young man beside us, visited and politely helped clean the table for some senior guests of the restaurant. I have returned twice because the food is so fresh and good. It maybe a little expensive, but the quality and service are excellent.
Got a bagel breakfast sandwich with more spinach than egg and one piece of bacon for the whole bagel. Maybe I am just fat but I want more food for the money. I was desperate for a breakfast sandwich and I left disappointed looking for more food. If you eat large portions because you're going to the gym later, then eat somewhere else. People were super friendly though which was really nice! So if you're looking for more atmosphere than food, this is a good place for that.
Smells horrible and the meat was old and tasted/smelled awful. This happened in another Panera close by as well. No more chances for me!
Terrible service!! The lady taking the order was very short and rude, and completely got my order wrong. Then she corrected my order and it was still the same price?? It was $18.37 for two broccoli cheddar soups and one drink. That is astronomical for what it was. I will never go to this chain again, but more specifically this location. Good luck staying in business with poor service and extremely high prices for no value.

We ordered a Chicken Caesars salad. It took more time than expected and when it arrived, it had no chicken in it. I questoned the absence of the chicken and they gave us a small cup with chicken in it to add to our salad. I fully expected them to take the salad back and make it over. We have eaten at Panera in cities all over the country and this one ranks very low. We don't believe the dressing was Caesars dressing and are unsure of the substitute. We were super surprised at how high the prices had become. We believe the chain is pricing themselves out of their market.
