We go to Olive garden alot and have been to many different ones in many different states. The service here was by far the best at any one to date. Our server Bianca was absolutely fantastic! Our food was out quick and we didn't once have to ask for a refill. She was so sweet and super quick to get us anything we needed despite them being relatively busy. All the other staff was super friendly as well. Will definitely be back !
The manager Kelly is on top of her game and our waiter Jason was topnotch! It was our son's 21st birthday and they made it feel truly special. The food and service was absolutely great!!
$$ Good place to have semi authentic italian stuff. It’s expensive but worth it.Dnt order veg stuff like egg plant.
Had a nice dinner with the family. Cozy place. Food was tasty, and but the margaritas and sangria drinks almost alcohol free. Service was corteous and with a friendly smile. The bill for a party of five was fair. I'll definitely return, but next time I'll choose a bottle of wine instead ;-)
Placed an online order at 6pm. The order said the food would be ready at 7:05. I waited 45 minutes for the to go order. At 750 the food wasn't ready. Manager offered a gift card which I promptly refused. Gift cards don't feed my family waiting at home. Only gave 1 star because no stars wasn't an option.
I know it is a chain, but even these days chains are no guarantee. We had a great experience here and a great meal. Service was good and prompt, and we had zero complaints. Wait time was not bad either. Just good to know there are still functional restaurants with good service around
The soup salad and breadsticks special continues to be a good value all of the soups are good. The $5 dinner entrees (with purchase of a mask) while limited in selection are also quite good and worth the money. Unfortunately the rest of their entrees are getting prohibitively expensive never mind the drinks. Nonetheless Staff were helpful and attentive.
I have not placed a take-out order at the Olive Garden in Holly Springs in about a year. During the pandemic I have tried to support the local restaurants, but they messed up the orders every time. I decided to give them a 2nd chance today and I found instead of raising their prices, they are just giving the customer a ridiculously smaller amount of food. I have never felt more ripped off than I did today after paying $14.05 for fettucine alfredo (for lunch)...I picked it it up and got back to my office and could not believe how small the portion was. It was packaged in a small take-out soup container. Normally I can make 2 meals out of it, today my stomach was still growling after I ate it all. My 1 year grandson could have eaten more. Will not be back!!!
Our server (Jennie B.) was impeccable. She was as good as any server in a fine dining establishment. Hostess was also friendly. Bread sticks were perfectly fresh. Salad was excellent. Fried calamari appetizer was outstanding. Shrimp alfredo was the best I've ever had in any restaurant in any country. Minestrone soup was a tad too spicy but fine. Portions for everything were impressive, especially the shrimp alfredo and the calamari. The place appeared very clean. Kitchen was lightning fast. This is a very well-run restaurant. Grand slam by General Manager Ryan Ford, who is sweating the details, to say the least. This is a textbook example of an outstanding casual dining place.
This place has good food yet the past 3 visits...afternoon 4pm and 8pm they had no bread sticks available.
