FYI this places play place is not currently open. Needs to be fixed on google maps to remove the place place if that area is closed. Also like many other fast food locations that get hit with a heavy rush in the drive thru- the dining area is pretty neglected. No ketchup, or paper towels available to indoor guests (incase you’re wondering why tables are dirty probably something to do w lack of paper towels). The empty dispensers are in the closed playroom. Staff blowing off those waiting at cashier or pick up area (asking for the stuff dining area is lacking)- literal hand wave and eye rolls from multiple staff to multiple customers “be right there omg ?” ; a “one moment please” would leave such a better impression. Not a problem for me I just used the touch screen machine to put in my order, but for those that need to put in an order with a cashier (visually impaired) this would be a problem for guests concerned w this type of accessibility, or guests requesting anything that’s not an on screen option. I can get if the guest is like yelling or rude impatient but these ppl were literally just standing there waiting and got told to “just wait ?” all rude like for not even saying anything; just standing near the order area and waiting ?
This McDonald’s had all my trust. I understand things are hard of covid and stuff but they can’t treat their customers this way. There was at the most 10 or more staff talking and wouldn’t come and help us. They looked at us waiting and left. One staff came to the cashier register just to order for himself and didn’t say anything. Horrible customer service too.
Yall need to step it up and stop goofing off and focus on your job. The drive through doesn't move for 20minutes. I expected to see maybe one or two people when I finally get to the last window but to my surpise i see 6 employees WITH the manager standing all together. Everyone is just talking to each other and there was only 3 customers inside.Didn't even say sorry for the long wait and didnt even hand me the drinks to my order for another 5 minutes while i sat there patiently while y'all just standing there trying not to look over or acknowledged me at all. Grow up.
The first and last time ill ever go here. Insanely bag dripping greese, poorly constructed and microwaved melted cheese. Burnt burgers, slow and rude staff who seem like they are always doing something other than helping you. I won't ever waste my time or money here again.
Stopped by tonight on the way home from a basketball game. The sign on the door says they close at 10:00 pm, it was 9:40 and the doors were locked. Tried to call the restaurant and no one answered and the mailbox was full. Very disappointed.
I used to completely trust this McDonald's. I know things are crazy because of covid and they are short staffed but being rude is not okay. They got my drink order wrong and I had to ask for it to be fixed and they had charged me an upcharge for the drink, which clearly showed on my receipt. I ended up having to order at the register because the kiosk does not allow specialty requests. And when I brought it to the attention of someone that my breakfast sandwich was wrong they were like hold on just a minute and we're going to attend to someone else and I got upset and said nope forget it, I just cannot wait. I had already been waiting long enough and I understand they're busy I do, I get that but, when I left they were very rude to me they condescendally said "have a good day" I used to tell everybody that the Holly Springs McDonald's was the best but I definitely don't agree with this anymore especially when staff are rude when they are the ones that have made the mistake on my order.
twice in a row got our order wrong. don't bother asking them not to put ingredients on a sandwich because they will definitely do it anyway. waste of money. I'll drive further to Apex or FV next time
I am horrified!!! I almost drank all of my frappe and noticed a black fleck in the cup and so I pulled it out and realized it was a bug!!!! Disgusting! Made me almost throw up! Never coming back here!
The worst! First time at this location. Ordered a strawberry shake and they kept giving us vanilla.The manager and assistant kept arguing and holding up the line instead of fixing the problem. Maybe they can go back for some training. Not recommend this location.
It's McDonald's. They forget things in your order, long waits due to low wages I'm sure and the food often tastes stale.I worked for McDonalds as a kid, the fries shouldn't be like that if they're old and the sandwiches looking like they're sliding off bread is a good indication they've been sitting in the bin for a while (dry and rubbery with stale bread).After I wrote this, I actually took it down to a 2 star. It's usually clean. I've met some of the managers and a few have been rude after having to explain food items are missing like it's my fault somehow.I'm not sure if this is a corporate store (don't think so), but it's certainly having problems.
