This place is a tragedy. Zero stars.I was handed another customer’s order after an absurdly long wait.I had to figure out the mistake as their staff stood in awe. Then, they realized my order wasn’t ready.Finally they shorted us an item.
I HAVE NEVER SEEN A RESTAURANT STAY IN BUSINESS WITH THESE TYPE OF REVIEWS.Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, service, food, quality!!!!! Been there man times and every time say I am NEVER GOING BACK… today shorted on chicken pieces, it was burned and very greasy. I hope MRS. Toma sees this.. it’s bad bad bad everything about the experience. Will NOT BE BACK!!!!!! There should be a ZERO on rating because that’s how much effort went into the effort of preparing my order… pure damn shame !
This is horrible! I get these greasy tenders with burnt pieces all over it sitting in grease and cold fries. Look at my meal versus what I ordered. I want my money back. Great way to ruin my night, it’s cold and I’m still hungry.
We ordered a 12 piece chicken bucket and 6 tenders. Not only did we have to go back for our tenders, we got home and I we only received 9 pieces of chicken in our bucket. It gets better, there was there less chicken the chicken was not crispy at all! Absolutely crazy!! This place is slow and workers are super unhelpful. The reviews on here are totally accurate. Never again will I spend a cent on this place. If I could give this place a negative star I would!
I ordered a family meal and some of my chicken was not fully cooked...I don't think I need to say more. Who wants a mouth full of raw chicken???? I don't, nor do I want to get sick. I tried to call to let them know, but they didn't answer their phone.
The chicken sandwich was hard and burnt, like it was old and the fries was also cold. Very disappointing since there is not many around me and I love kfc.
I went through the drive thru and ordered the 8 piece with two sides. I exchanged the cole slaw for green beans, needless to say, they only gave me like one spoon of green beans. How’s three to four people supposed to split that up for dinner???
When we ordered and got the total no one said you couldn't pay with cash. When we got to the window the cashier said oh well that's not my problem. Luckily I had my debit card. The food was awful and the biscuits were rock hard. Unacceptable!!! I'm so mad right now!!
Unfriendly service and could not except debit or credit cards. My order was wrong and never listen to the customers order. Bad service!
I have gone two weeks in a row and both times they tell me I have to pay cash and the exact amount. Who the hell carries 50- 80 dollars cash. Why is the credit machine not working all the time. How do you expect to get customers
