My family and I came into the location this afternoon for brunch. We were seated immediately by the 7 individuals standing at the front desk area. My family and I were sat in a section in a booth. We waited 15 mins for a waitress. There was about 25 customers in the seating area and a large amount of serving staff. The serving staff were entertaining themselves at the front entry area. By the time Diana came to our table we had decided our full meals and went ahead and placed our orders. Diana brought our drinks 10 mins after our order was placed. I received an iced brew coffee, my girlfriend got an unsweetened tea, and our two children 8 and 13 got hot chocolate. The hot chocolates were pure powder floating below the whipped cream. We waited exactly 39 minutes for our waitress to deliver food to another table. At that time I flagged her down and asked her to cancel our food order and give us our bill for the drinks. 5 minutes later a man came to our table in a red shirt and stated your food is done and we are bringing it out. At that point I stated please print us a bill and we will be leaving. He refused to bill us for the drinks, so I left a $20 bill on the table and our family excused ourselves from the restaurant. The whole time we were in the restaurant was 1.25 hrs. I will not ever come back to ihop and I will never recommend this company again. I am an active member in our community and will continue to deter patrons to this establishment.
The staff is attentive but since this is the only IHOP in the area they are not recommended. Called ahead to see if there was a wait. Was told no and that since school is back in wait times were over. Ended up standing in line to be seated for 10 minutes. It took another 10 minutes for anyone to take my order. Probably won’t come back to this location.
Good breakfast and brunch food and great service. When I ordered coffee, they brought a pot and a cup! This is much better service than most ihop's! Thanks to all of you great workers who come out and provide a great brunch experience!
Service went down hill since the last time I was there. After we ordered our meals the waitress never came back to check on food, refills on drinks or to provide you with the all you can eat pancakes that came with your meal. Was able to finally get another waitress's attention for Ketchup. Then after most of us were done eating the waitress walked by threw the bill on the table. Didn't ask how everything was, no thank you, didn't ask if the bill was together or separate.
i have never ever had pancakes so beautiful and so f*cking delicious. i want to cry when i think back on these pancakes, i miss them so much. nothing will ever be the same again. thank you iHop Holly Springs. i stole a spoon as a memento
Was seated by door of kitchen where I heard full profanity and loud conversation. Waitress took my order.Waitress checked back to bring a refill soda only. I had to ask other waiter to have my waitress bring carry box and bill. I was not happy with my meal but paid without complaining.He brought the box and she finally brought the bill.Told me to pay through her and left immediately. I waited another 10 minutes for her to come back which seem to be 20 minutes or more.I was so bothered that I left the receipt and money on the table. I did get the attention of one of the employees to let them know the money was on the table.Two stars was more than a good rating based on my experience.
The place is open, yet understaffed.It's the same chain food. It's tasty. I had the poblano bowl. The sauce was tasteless and the bowl needed salsa. It was dry.My daughter complained later that the sirloin tips were greasy and made her queasy.They did the best they could considering the circumstances.We were told that we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, but it was more like 25 minutes.It's IHOP. Go and get some breakfast!!!
Food is tasty, but very low on staff. I visited this location with my 2 kids on a Sunday evening and they only had one server for about 10 tables, I felt terrible for the dude. He kept his composure but this restaurant clearly needs more servers.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I love IHOP and always have a great experience but today 1/1/22 my family and I had the worst experience. Our server (blond short haired lady) was so interested in leaving work that after she took our orders (which came out completely messed up and cold) she never came back to check on us and we waited for 35 min before we asked where our server was. We had 2 different servers check on our food, then our server came back to tell us that she was cut, and said “did the new server not come” like how are we supposed to know that we are getting a new server. The our new server came and our food came out 5 min later. My eggs looked like they were sitting out for Atleast 10min and warm from a lamp. This was a terrible experience. And since the manager only did a 30% discount I am writing this review to account for the other 70%. The service was horrible and the food was terrible. We ate it because my family was already waiting for over 40 min to eat. I will not be returning to this location. And IHOP please hire better servers because there is clearly nothing wrong with the training because your other servers are great. You got yourself a bad apple
Came on a Thursday at 11 am. Ordered our food immediately since we had a 16 month old with us. Asked for her food to come out first.....at 12:10 pm we still didn't have any food....
