Normally this location is great. Today not so much. The soda fountain was not functioning and even the lemonade and fruit punch were watered down. We waited approximately 15 minutes to get our food. I witnessed my hot dog being placed on the counter before my onion rings were dropped in the fryer, thus my hot dog was cold when I received it. Finally, for eat-in customers there are less fries given, than in the to-go cups, when they simply put fries in the open part of the hamburger container. The fries were also light on the seasoning. Very disappointed for one of our favorite spots.
I always like Freddie’s great food and service. However right now I’m stuck in the drive through behind a car. Why???? because when I arrived at 9:22pm they told me “I’m sorry, we are all out of custard”
Not so great. Burger was fine. Onion rings were good. Dining room was dirty. Hot caramel was left on the counter and was a stringy, gooey clump.
Very disappointed with the burgers. We had both burgers and the patty melt. The meat was pressed so thin that we got very little in a bite. Two of our three orders were messed up also. We only ordered one combo but got charged for three. Asked for large fries but didn't get them. Ordered a concrete which had very little of the add-ins. Barely enough to notice. Very disappointed.
Shoestring french fries were crispy, double burger with the works was tasty too. Hadn't been here in a while but it has definitely improved since my last visit.

i highly recommend this location! all of the employee's are super nice. tonight an employee named Elizabeth made an amazing sandwich for me five minutes before closing, she had an amazing attitude and really made my night!
Slow service and the prices have gone up so much that it’s not worth it at all.
The 3 stars is only because of the custard, they got that right and it's great. For the normal food, just go somewhere else, the chicken sandwich was ok, the burger looked as thin as paper and the fries were dripping with grease and none of it was great.
Food was cold.sandwhich looked like it was tossed in bfood bag..fries were just tossed in and medium.size shake was only half made.We waiting 40.minutes and food we received was tossed in bag.Sad thing it wasnt even tasty.I wont be going there again.They were great when they opened up now they are going down hill.My personal rating .⭐Poor service and quality and presentation of food one star.French fries tasted like onion rings.⭐
