We placed an order online today for pick-up. Paid their extra high price for a combo. When we got there they told us they had NO ICE and NO COLD DRINKS to sell. Okay. Things happen. Adjust my total or give me the "option" of having a drink w/ no ice. Nope. They didn't care. Got to the car to find they did not put the chips (that came with the combo) in the bag, nor did they put the extra "side" of chips we paid for in the bag - We had to go back inside to get them. How about not taking orders for drinks if you have no ice (at 1pm). There is a Harris Teeter across the parking lot. They sell ice. Or better yet, TELL customers you have no ice before you ring up the drink. The person at the register let the person after me order a drink and never said a word about not having ice. The employees did not care one bit. I paid $25 for 2 med subs, 2 chips and 1 medium drink. Lesson learned. There are great subs all over town. I'm sorry, but customer service is everything. Again, I get that things happen, no problem. But when the staff doesn't care and does nothing to make it right, that's just poor service.
They forgot my salad, and added onion to a sub I specifically told them not to add. The kid at the counter, whoa man !! Come on.

No lettuce or tomatoes, made it difficult to order the salad I wanted.
Very good and much better than the other sandwich shops I've tried in the immediate area. Also, avoid the Jersey Mike's nearby and definitely come here instead!
Really like this firehouse subs staff is friendly they do a good job.
I love their sandwiches! I love the fact they grill the sandwiches so it’s nice and warm. Their hot sauce is added bonus.
First-time having a firehouse sub. My small turkey subwas delicious . Got my husband a large club that he enjoyed. I'll be back.
Good food and service, not overwhelmingly crowded like some other places.
What happened to your masks? Also..wearing a net over your beard when preparing food.???!!!
