Literally one of the slowest locations! Drive thru is horrible every day.
Had a bad experience picking up the order this morning . Long long wait time. Order not packed properly. Not a good overall experience. You guys are going to loose a lot of business if things continue like this.Management pls pay attention to all these consistent bad reviews. These are all the frustrated customers and it’s not good for business.
While very friendly, the staff here is running around like a bunch of headless chickens. There's clearly an issue with management here, as the number of people working here should have little problem with the order load.
It took me over 30 minutes from the time I got in line to the point on the backside of the building that I could get out of line. It took an hour to get through the whole line.
I can't say I suggest the bagel.
The worst Dunkin in the area. Either out of everything or everything tastes day old.
Consistently has the best selection of donuts. Parking has a terrible bottle neck.

No issue with the food quality or the staff members but the drive thru especially can be painfully slow with no area or attempt by the establishment to have vehicles waiting for large or slow orders to pull aside or loop around to make the process much more efficient for others.
