Horrible horrible horrible! Service is so lacking, no one knows what their doing, orders NEVER Right!!!! SLOOOOW. I wouldn’t mind slow service if the order was correct, but nope. And NO ONE CARES. Snotty attitudes and dispositions. I absolutely cannot stand this store!!!!! ZERO STARS! And no, I’m not a Karen, and I’m Not having a bad day. This has been happening for several months
I was greeted very nicely by Sierra Bottomly, she is such a sweet person and will make sure you have a good time at Dunkin. If you want to find someone to give you great service and a happy smile look for her you won’t regret it. Thank you so much ms. Bottomly you make my days feel wonderful just by your greeting.
The last 3 times have been horrible. The customer service has gone down the drain. The kids working are constantly getting after each other and being extremely rude to their peers , the drinks are never filled fully, and what in the world happens to the chia?? Tastes like watered down milk. Too get one coffee takes 5+ minutes even when they aren’t busy. They just take their time. It’s frustrating and ran by kids.
Was greeted by Addy with an inviting and beautiful smile. I wanted something chocolate and had no idea what to get (face palm). She was patient with me and coached me through it as if it were an actual important decision ( I swear she saved my day ) Super recommend this place.
Barely greeted by the cashier. Asked how the avocado toast was and was told she had never had it before, so no feedback there (it was awful). Empty dining room with wet, dirty floor. Communication looked like one employee yelling across the front end of the restaurant to another that the cappuccino machine was not working. Donuts were good but wouldn’t make a special trip back for them.
Asked if we could get chocolate milk for two kids, they don’t have that. Ok two pumps of mocha into white milk … no we won’t do that. Ok.. well the Cary location a mile away will not only make Choc milk they have it stocked so??? They are always like this and that includes long waits as the only vehicle in the line… I dk we keep giving this location a try. They don’t wear name tags for a reason
Donuts have definitely gone down in quality of the last fee years, but that's at every Dunkin. Coffee is still good, and the sandwiches are good
DO NOT go inside for service absolutely horrible. They will not wait on you if anyone is in the drive thru. It was 3 o’clock in the afternoon with 3 people working and I was told they were short staffed. It was they didn’t know what they were doing.
Tried to get a bacon roll up and was told they don't sell them anymore. Maybe take it off of the menu then. Also asked to not put the cinnamon munchies in the 25 count and she rudely said we don't have them here anyway. Just acting rude. I'll be going to Stsrbucks from now on.
Pretty comfy and clean place. Love to breakfast here , the Dunkin’ coffee and donuts !
