I'd give this location 0 stars if I could.Order placed at 2:15pmin the oven by 3:15pmFinally arrived at 4:05pm.Tried to call the store twice, sat on hold 10 minutes the first time and gave up, 15 the second someone picked up pressed a bunch of buttons and hung up on me.This is not the first or only issue I have had with this store, and while generally the food is decent accuracy is terrible, items are often missing, sauces, soda, etc.IM DONE. I'll spend slightly more money, and save myself a whole lot of frustration and time and take my business to Papa John's.EDIT: P.S. your canned response has the opposite effect of what you wish to achieve after the hundredth time using it.

I've never seen a delivery pizza restaurant have more issues than this Domino's. I hate that I can't order delivery from a different Domino's because this store is the absolute worst. Most days you can't even order delivery (because they disable it on their website) but even when you can, the pizza will take an hour and a half to get to you (if you're lucky), and it may or may not be what you ordered. If you have to call the store to inquire where your order is, you may be waiting on hold indefinitely. If you do manage to get ahold of the manager (maybe to request a refund because your order was wrong) they will tell you that they will refund your order (to get you off the phone), but then never actually do. 0/5 stars, do not recommend.

Ordered 2 hours ago, still not here. Been on hold with the store for 50 minutes. Finally got here at 8:25 - ordered at 5:40 pm. Didn't get my wings - got some weird cheese sauce / dip instead. Holly Springs LocationUPDATE:WOW Kyle - way to FAIL again. Been a week since I emailed you as requested, and still NO RESPONSE. Have a feeling you are just answering bad reviews with a canned comment - just so other people reading them think you are actually doing something about the issues.

This Dominos is of another breed. I order from here a lot and it has gone way down hill. I had a pizza come to me uncut and the manager says can't you cut it your self? Yea no kidding I can cut it myself, is that a real thing? Lol. They always shut down delivery like we don't have enough people looking for work. Hello get more drivers. This is an absolutely terrible business strategy to shut down delivery cause they don't have drivers. Maybe if it was a good place to work they could keep drivers. Maybe if the management was better it might be better. Remember the business is good as management makes it.

Extremely disappointed.. 1.5 hours for delivery?!?! Yesterday (5/18) I placed an order online around 2pm for a future delivery. It was one small pizza and I scheduled delivery at 6:30pm. I live less than 5 minutes from the store. At 6:30pm I checked the online tracker and noticed my pizza was out of the oven at 6:09pm, but I gave it a couple minutes incase the delivery driver was running late. At 6:45pm I noticed the online tracker didn't change, so I called the store, after 3 different calls and 10 minutes on hold, I finally got someone to tell me they are backed up and I'm third in line to be delivered, so it should be another 15-20 minutes. I called back at 7:15pm to cancel my order and the girl I talked to said that it was already out in the delivery car so it can't be canceled. 30 MINUTES LATER at 7:45pm I called back and demanded the order be canceled and refunded since the pizza had still not been delivered. They finally agreed to cancel the order and the pizza was actually delivered at 8:03pm. The staff I talked to on the phone chalked it up to being short staffed, which I understand, the whole world is short staffed... but when the ordered was delivered an hour and a half PAST the delivery time, that is inexcusable. I really would have appreciated if they would have called me at 6pm when the pizza came out of the oven, and they realized delivery was so far behind, and notified me. I could have come and picked it up.

Rarely get what we ordered either pick up or delivery. It's cheap and decent but we only see accuracy in orders 20% of the time.In my last order the staff outright lied to us, told us a large cheese pizza was a small gluten free with peperoni, black olives and mushrooms.Don't order unless you have time for helping Domino's quality control.

I ordered some pizza for my kiddos birthday party a few days ago. My husband and I drove to pick it up and it was already done, ready to be picked up!!! My order was done about 15 minutes after we placed it online. It was so fast!! Brandon provided excellent customer service and provided us with whatever we needed! Made my kiddo’s day highly recommend this location!

Online ordering didn't work but called and ordered delivery. While the order said it would arrive in 20mins, the delivery was an hour later. Very happy the order was received and pizza was great but would appreciate a text or something to let us know it was delayed.

The pizza was sliced so badly that some pieces were 5 or 6 times the size of others, which is inconvenient for feeding several people. They REFUSED to substitute another pizza, and I had already paid, so I was stuck with it, even though it was also burnt. The girl who sliced it just glared at me, and one guy excused her because "she has other pizzas coming out of the oven." She can't take 4 seconds to cut them right instead of 2 seconds to cut them wrong? This is the second time this store has done this with a pickup order, so I am through with Domino's because of customer service.
