It pains me to leave a 1 star because I love chipotle but I have ordered from this location 4x now and every single time they get the order wrong. I wanted guac, no sour cream, extra lettuce. No guac, lots of sour cream, and a sprinkling of lettuce.

the drive through feature is insanely helpful, especially during a lunch rush. I was through in no time. also might i add this was the most loaded bowl I've ever gotten from a Chipotle. I always finish them and admittedly didnt here. they say ordering on the app gets you shorted but that was not the case here at all

I was craving a bowl so we stopped in for take out. It wasn’t busy at all but the place was a mess. So expensive for what we got. The portions were tiny and the chicken was dry and chewy. I got a drink but skipped the plasti wear that was just sitting unwrapped in containers with dirt, soda, and crumbs all over them. Not sanitary.Next time I’ll just find a local taco truck and pay half price for better quality.

I arrived with 7 in front of me and despite one working to go orders, one doing our orders, and one at the cashier - they kept everything moving! Chef was grilling and chopping and it's a fun to see everything made vs being hidden. They refreshed the chicken right before I ordered and it was hot and perfect! Staff is friendly. Download the app to earn points for apps/quac or queso sides. We love ordering from this location!!

Not sure what all these negative reviews are about or what people are expecting.. It’s a typical Chipotle just like every other I’ve been to. I’ve always had good experiences at this location. The staff are friendly, food is good, and the price is cheap. That’s enough for me. Don’t let the 1-star Karens scare you away.

Employees were pleasant bought chips with our order and quantity seemed small. Would recommend you to save your money, and pass on the chips

Order 2 burritos, 1 with extra chicken. Both slightly larger than the sour cream container. Understand this is a new location but that's no excuse for quality control.

I ordered through the app and picked up through the lane. Here is a picture of my CHICKEN quesadilla………..I don’t think I need to explain why this review gets one star. Totally cold. Didn’t even attempt to melt the cheese. No chicken.

This is on management, not the workers: Service and food are abysmal. Waited in line for 15 minutes and realized there was only 1 guy working the line. My food was not good either. I felt bad for the workers, they don’t have enough people to make a team.Hire more.

Waited nearly 30 mins for my order, just for them to get it wrong. Placed an order at 6pm for a 6:10pm pick up time. When I arrive at 6:10 nothing was on the shelf. It wasnt until 6:33pm they STARTED making my order, and was 6:38pm once I got my order.On top of that, there’s at least 6 people who were also waiting 20+ mins waiting as well. They aren’t short staffed either, there’s 5 people working behind the counter, and another 5 back in the kitchen. This is the most staffed Chipotle I’ve been to in awhile.I order a bowl (with extra everything) and a hard shell taco. The bowl was lacking in portions, which is embarrassing since I clicked on the app to have extra meat, rice, toppings, etc. Then the hardshell taco came with a soft shell.The staff doesn’t care either. The whole point of using the app for an online order is to skip the line, but there were customers walking into the line at like 6:30 who were served and got their food quicker than us who set online orders 30+ mins ago.Please work on your efficiency.
