This makes twice we walk into a nearly empty restaurant and this time we r told it’s going to be 30-45 min wait. When asked why, this place is empty, told the kitchen is backed up for To Go orders.Ridiculous! Poor management. I feel for the poor workers because they will not have a job soon due to lack of service. Customers like me will not be back.
Got The margarita chicken it look like too bland no seasoning no char chicken breast. It look like chicken that comes out of a bag the Mexican rice had no pico soggy tortillas the portion size a Race was so small I didn’t realize it was there. I asked for extra avocado ranch to go with my southwest eggrolls and they gave me watery regular ranch they didn’t even cut my egg rolls in half I would never order to go there again if you eat here make sure you eat there so you can check them on your food
My wife and I come weekly for lunch and couldn’t recommend it more. Macy is the best there is! We’re pretty sure she’s the only day time waitress but she rocks it! Ask for her you won’t regret it!!!!!!
My coworkers and I went to Chilis in Holly Springs on 2/22/22 and we were helped by Joey. She was so very nice and she explained to us that it was her first time helping a large group like us and asked us to please be patient. She was absolutely awesome she verified the order with us and brought out everything perfectly. She was the only waiter that night and had 2 large tables on top of her other 3 tables. Everything was brought out promptly and we were all very satisfied. Joey is absolutely awesome she deserves a raise for being calm, professional and super friendly 10/10 would recommend this Chilis again solely because of Joey
Great great experience loved it. Dine in and pick up … I must say pick up experience was great. They know what they are doing and have a good system in place. Lucas you are going a great job buddy!
At at one the tables at the Bar. The bartender (I don't remember her name) was our server and was great. She was super attentive and busy at the same time. She was super sweet, kept the chips and drinks always full. Recommend to only visit and dine in if she's our server
I frequent this location. However I don’t recommend going on the weekend. They are under staffed. Even if you go to the bar you’ll need to checkin and wait for a spot. AT THE BAR. Have a good weekend. You’ll probably wan to call before you go.
Went to chili's half the restaurant was empty and said it would be a 25 min wait for 3 people. We went to olive garden got seated immediately and had a great family meal.
Can't get potato soup because of a supply shortage. But I can get mashed potatoes? That doesn't make any sense. And the mashed potatoes were only half an order. If I pay for food, I expect to get what I pay for.
We eat here frequently and enjoy it. It's not gourmet food, but is good quality and good value. Never really been disappointed.
