I used to have a good experience at this location until recently. There have been countless times where I used my app to order food to pick up in their new “express lane”. Now the sole purpose of an express lane is to serve food faster, right? I don’t believe this particular Chick fil a has an understanding of how this works because countless times I have waiting over 30 minutes for my food l! Definitely not the best place if you’re on a lunch break.

This is a contender for the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Two drive thru lanes-one crowded and one nearly empty-because the empty one is only for app orders. The wait at breakfast was long. Our order taker had to take the details twice for some reason, then there was a problem at the next stop with taking our card payment. All of these issues slowed down the drive thru. Not one employee showed the patented CFA politeness.When we finally got our order, my yogurt had three sad blueberries with no strawberries. The biscuit was undercooked and chicken tough. The tea was undrinkable.I am glad we were just visiting the area and this was not our local restaurant.

Ever since the remodel they get orders wrong every time I have came here. First time they forgot my entire sandwich and I had to wait for it to be made. Second time they gave me my chicken, egg and cheese biscuit on an English muffin… The biscuit is on the menu so there shouldn’t have been any mistake. I asked for my correct sandwich, and when they brought my sandwich, it was a chicken biscuit with cheese and no egg… third time they tried the cheese was cold… I just left. I will never go again after this experience today.

Expect extremely slow service (for Chick-fil-A standards), 9/10 times something is missing from an order, no sense of urgency or care for the customer experience, and not the typical politeness you typically receive from most other Chick-fil-A restaurants.One example to sum up this location: A vehicle behind me didn’t realize they had to scan a QR code to submit their order in the Express lane (signs with instructions are tiny and not very clear at all so it’s very easy to not know how it works). They pull up behind me at the window and tell a Chick-fil-A staff member. The staff member proceeded to tell the customer - “oh yeah well you are going to have to wait in line and then pull all the way back around and go through the line again to scan the code”…. Experiences just like that happen daily at this location. Truly sad and unbelievable.And to be honest the McDonald’s that’s next door has better service and speed by a long shot. I urge anyone and eveyone to check my claims for yourself. I never thought I’d say that.but it’s 100% true.I have submitted complaints so many times I’ve lost count yet it stays the same.I hope things change soon. I used to work at Chick-fil-A so watching a location become this poorly ran is truly sad to watch.UPDATE: I have gone back 4 different times since this post. Nothing has changed whatsoever. Anyone who gives this location a good review is either lying, never been to another location outside of Holly Springs/Fuquay, or showed up during the slowest time possible with no rush whatsoever. The McDonald’s next door is still quicker and more reliable. It’s not even close. Don’t believe me? Go and try it for yourself.

Who’s brilliant plan was the drive through redesign that makes waits longer and utter chaos? The previous drive through set up was more efficient. Current status, order taken 12:04, have had food since 12:14, but have been stuck behind cars in front of us waiting for food until 12:19. Won’t be back until the drive through is redesigned (again) to actually work…

I’m going to say that I hate writing a bad review because my previous experience with chick-fil-a (other locations) has always been impeccable. Last Thursday we placed an order on the app, express lane , when we get there they warn us of the wait, maybe 5 min and we were ok and appreciated the heads up but that wait became over 30 min!! We are taking about a fast food chain, I don’t go there for the food but for how fast they normally are. The employees didn’t care at all and the manager was straight rude. After 35 min, we got our order, my kids fell asleep and when we get home our order wasn’t complete. Yes refunded the money but that doesn’t make it right.

There are just no words to explain this horrible drive-thru experience. I placed my order at 8:31PM I waited in line and finally made it to the window at 9:07 just to be pulled Into the bank parking lot to wait another 15 minutes. Still no food. I get out of my car to inquire about my order. Just to be told we are “cooking food” I go back to my car and they bring my food out 8 minutes later. I check my food and it’s the wrong food. He hands me the person’s food next to me . He takes it from me and takes it back inside . I wait another 3 minutes and they finally come outside with the correct food. I checked it and the employee said “ I hope you don’t find anything wrong with this” This has to be one of the worse chick-fila I’ve ever been to. I will definitely not give this establishment any more business moving forward.

Great service and food but the new drive-thru setup is terrible. Much longer wait times since there's only one lane for non mobile orders now, instead of the previous 4 lines. Not sure why they changed a process that was working great before.
