I ordered online and arrived to pick up my order to find only 1 guy working. I give him so much credit for showing up and doing everything he could to manage the store alone. On top of everything he still got my order correct. I hope people can understand the stress a lot of people in this industry are going through and be respectful towards those who actually show up.
The hours seem to be different from what is posted. Seems like its 12:30pm to 8:00pm, but you can probably call to get the exact hours.I placed a mobile order at around 11:20am, before I knew anything about the different hours. I knew from several months ago that they were having staffing problems, but I was hoping things might have changed for the better. It wasn't until 12:30 that my order was actually completed (after I had already driven home).Drive through was slow, but that wasn't surprising. I eventually picked up my order and even though getting it was a hassle, the food was quite good (I got the Ch'King). So I have to give kudos to the staff for making things work despite whatever troubles this location is having.
Given that Covid had shrunk their staff to sometimes only 2 people working the whole restaurant, I am amazed at how friendly and courteous the staff have been, despite other customers berating them for the "slow service." We expected it to be slower than usual, and were very satisfied with our food. We made special requests on our burgers and they were met. The sides were nice and hot so they stayed excellent for our at-home eating. Well done, BK staff!
I arrived at the restaurant today at 12:20 PM. The restaurant was closed until 12:30PM as they were unable to adequately staff the place. Google still says open at 11AM. Burger King website still says open at 11AM. I wasted my gas and time driving there and will not be returning.Burger King, if you refuse to pay your employees enough to staff your restaurants, then update your hours online to properly reflect this. Or pay your employees a livable wage and this won't be an issue. The 2 people in front of me and 5 people behind me that all had to pull up only to find out they had wasted their time were I'm sure less than pleased.I do not blame the employees for any of this, but Burger King as a company should be embarrassed. And before you try to go eat here, call to see if they're open.
The food was good and the young lady was friendly! They were under staff i the sign at drive-thru said they only had two employees there!
Burger King has definitely upped their chicken sandwich game. Was going to hit the Chick-fil-A in Holly Springs but the line was so long it stretched around the corner back onto the main road. Rerouted to the BK across the street. No regrets and we really enjoyed our lunch combos.
Most important workers have an excellent customers services.
Friendly drive thru experience. Manager very nice.
I know they were short on help I had time to figure while un drive thru for 30 mins.
Twice I've used the mobile app to place an order, drove to the restaurant, and found it closed.
