This place is a complete and utter joke. I have tried multiple times - dine in, take out, and tonight DoorDash - and have not had a pleasant experience…ever! Dining in takes forever, take out resulted in a “lost” order and long delays and tonight with DoorDash, they told the delivery person I hadn’t paid for the order (which I had a receipt for), then they claimed to again have lost my order (despite me again having an email confirmation it was accepted). Then after 2 hours of waiting for the order to be filled, they cancelled the order. I am done giving this place more tries. Avoid!!!

A pleasant dining experience with my daughter. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Their strawberry lemonade was a refreshing relief on a sweltering evening. The sauces chosen for our traditional wings ( Asian Zing, Teriyaki) were deliciously tasty. We shared a large order of potato wedges which were piping hot, nicely seasoned and plentiful. Checkout was easily completed by phone.?

This establishment has gone down hill so badly, it’s truly appalling.I get that things have been tough since Covid, but it’s like anyone that works here, just doesn’t care anymore.The dining area was closed, so I had to find a seat in the bar area with two small kids. When I say find, I really mean find. Only a few tables had customers at them, but all the rest were filthy. I managed to get a semi-clean one, and I even debated picking up the spray bottle and filthy rag left sitting at another table, to clean my own table, but the rags looked filthy also. I watched as numerous staff chatted or walked back and forth, and not even the manager could be bothered to clean tables. I worked bars for years, and it was terrible watching how neglected this place is. The bathrooms were also filthy. It really came off that they don’t want customers coming in, and having them there. If you can’t run an establishment with some care and pride, you should probably just close it up, and make room for an establishment that would like to have customers.

We came in today to see our favorite bartender wasn’t here which is Nicole. And I drive an hour just cause she is our favorite bartender. Bypassing 2 other locations. As she always seems to be here. She is the only thing that keeps us coming back. She is amazing and very good at what she does. She makes sure all her customers have what they need. Even if the bar area is full. The other bartender/ server doesn’t show the same effort. And they are very understaffed and the dining room is always closed.

Place is extremely understaffed- the dining room has been closed for weeks and the bartender seems to be the only server most days - but even still my food and beverages are prompt. Having to wait a few extra minutes isn’t an issue when you compassion for people working in environments like this. Go with patience and you’re good.They’re doing their best and it’s pretty good.

Just left from there with a to go order. Please check your order because they NEVER have the sauce you ask for. How do you forget the Buffalo ranch sauce for the Buffalo wrap! The sauce makes the WRAP!

The place was not crowded at all, but I must have put on my invisibility cloak earlier today, because I was at the counter for 10 minutes and neither of the two servers even noticed I was there. One was mesmerised in deep conversation with one customer, and the other spent the whole time at the cash register punching in orders. Ironically I had much better service when it was busy on my previous two visits. This will be the last time I attempt to go to this restaurant. The mediocre food just isn't worth adding bad service on top of it.

The food I had was amazing, the wait staff was not attentative even with a low occupancy. We placed an order for our food and the waitress doubled back about 15mins later asking "are you ready to order?" which alarmed us. We had to ask another staff member for utensils and after we were about 90% done with our meal we were asked by our waitress "how are you guys doing so far?"I would like to go here again just for the burger, but I might just do takeout because dine-in was not enjoyable.

Wings were great. Asian and medium Buffalo with fries. Sat in the bar area on a Friday. Bartender waited on us. She was spectacular! Would go back if just for the service

Placed a review one week ago and was told to go to their page and fill out the form.
