We arrived at 11 am, around the time they are supposed to open their doors. Employees kept staring at us and continuing to prepare the food. At least one person could have free hands, it was cold outside that day and we really needed to come inside somewhere. Eventually, we grew tired of waiting and went to another restaurant. It wasn't the warm welcome we would've wanted coming there.
Here’s a place I was excited to go to for the first time. How disappointing to watch a cashier exchange money with a customer with his gloves on, then use the same gloves to scoop cheese up and make a pizza. Another worker removed air-buds from his ear, placed it in his pocked then scoop topping for bread. Please pay attention to the workers not just the time it’s taking to them to prepare food. Really, what’s the point in wearing the gloves? To appear cleanliness is being practiced but truly that’s not the case.
Used to be great place for pizza. The are overwhelmed with online orders now and now takes 30+ minutes to get pizza based on last two visits. It isn’t worth it anymore until they figure out how to keep up with demand
So bummed. We have always enjoyed their pizza but they're struggling with enough help it seems and the online orders keep dining in customers standing in non moving line. The employees seem overwhelmed and yes nothing else gets tended to in the restaurant. Our pizzas bottoms burned. Anyway, management needs to reassess productivity otherwise you'll lose customers. Besides that, your food product has always been good in my opinion.
How can you forget to put SPINACH on a SPINACH PIZZA? Seriously, over the last six months I've seen nothing but bad reviews on this place. This is the third time they botched our order. You know the old saying about three strikes? If you can't afford to hire staff that understand one must put a very simple topping on a pizza the menu item is NAMED FOR. . . you really need to consider the level of talent you employ. No, I won't visit your website to tell you more about the experience as you asked others to do. The problems keep happening and obviously nothing is being done. Don't want some "Coo*pin" for free whatever. . . We'll take our business to one of the Pizza places up the street.
Ive been to many Blaze pizzas, this location stacked up nicely! Friendly staff, perfectly cooked pizza, and a nice dining area outside.
This is my hubs’ go to place for fresh pizza , and that’s why I’m taking the time to write this , he really likes it , me , not so much . We usually dine in , Recently we’ve ended up going there often, mainly coz we go for the movies and this place is right next door , it was not a good experience, they ran out of a couple toppings , they had signs “ bathroom sink out of order “ “ ice machine out of order “Hubs went there again ?, yesterday , this time for take out , but ended up leaving after 10 mins of waiting , there were a lot of people in line ahead of him and line wasn’t moving, I think they were working on online orders , hubs said the folks waiting looked annoyed and seemed to be short staffed , there was only one person doing everythingI was talking to this one customer, she said her boyfriend had gone next door to get ice? ( from amc ) she also mentioned the machine not working when she was there a couple weeks agoAs I was reading some older reviews , a month old review mentioned ice not working ….. I wonder why they won’t fix itAlso , I wish they clean the fire oven , coz the previous burnt stuff gets stuck to crust , and leaves a bad taste:(I don’t think we will go back
Waited in line for 29 minutes here, but the pizza was decent, so ??♀️ Maybe needs better management or task organization. Seemed super unprepared for what I imagine is a normal evening rush
The pizza is delicious but unfortunately dozens of ppl in my neighborhood (10min away) including myself can no longer place delivery orders for several months now as they get cancelled for no valid reason within minutes on Doordash from the store itself. Please remove yourself from Doordash if you can't take the orders, waste of everyone's time. I've called the store for answers with none to give, drove up there and it isn't even busy so idk if they just cancel them for fun but it's unacceptable. Don't provide your store on Doordash if you don't plan to follow through with it's features.
We just put in an order which was supposed to be ready at 630. Its 7:00 and my wife is still there. I called and the Manager said to send her to the register. He offered her a free brownie. He's lucky I have a screaming 2 year old. They didnt start making our order till 6:58. There are 5 people in line and it is not busy. This isn't our first mishap or I wouldn't have posted this. Avoid this place until they figure out how to process online orders.
