Usually good. Everything has a particular taste to it, but it taste good. Lotta food.
Friday night, 5-20-22.Between 9:40p and 10:00p. N Main Location. I ordered wings. I asked my husband to ask if they were freshly cooked; I hate when they give me dried up wings. The wings were not only dried up, they were almost cold. I warmed them up, that made it worse. I still attempted to eat them, but I started to get a bad taste. I had to throw them away. I shouldn’t have to ask if the wings are fresh. I don’t want anything else to do with ZAXBY’S at any of their locations. I better not get sick from their garbage. I just read their reviews, very interesting.
Ordered a Fried Chicken Cobb Salad. Not what I got. I normally brag about how wonderful their salads are but not today. Barely any lettuce in the bowl, no egg and no bacon. SO disappointed ?.
Food was very mediocore and lukewarm at best. Toast was soggy and stale. Worst part was the spirite I ordered. Tasted awful I don't even know how you mess up sprite but they did. Don't go here.
If you like HAIR in your food by all means enjoy. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and found hair... both times. Long brown hair too. The girls with their ponytails should be secured in a bun because guess what.. hair sheds. I was throwing up so much bring my order back for a refund. I love the food. And the girls there helped me navigate the Zaxby's app on my phone, I didn't know what I was doing! Very helpful. Will go back again soon!
I came to high point for Thanksgiving from Florida I came through drive through ordered two salads one Cobb fried one grill they kept making them wrong Aubery the girl came to the window we kept explaining it was wrong she argued be with us told us to leave and slammed the window in our face a young black guy came to window told us he would fix the food correct the girl was unprofessional exactly what the world needs more people arguing not knowing what another person might have that girl needs to be let go this was a slap in the face after spending $35
