Level of service is dropping. Got a to go order I had to wait for to finish. Fries were cold, and chicken was lukewarm. Good thing no one got sick. Place used to be good, but now, no one seems to care.
Second time coming here. First experience was great, second experience not so much. Ordered online, food was ready quickly after I arrived to pick it up but made me very sick to my stomach. Been 24 hours since and I still feel awful. Just know that eating here is a huge risk/reward trade off. Now I understand why there’s an urgent care next door
No soap in men or women rest room. Waited 35 mins but fries looked soggy & old. i asked for extra seasoning on fries but it was ridiculous amounts on there. I will never go back & we all got a belly ache after eating here today 3/27/22. i highly do not recommend this place. All these reviews & same manager really
Update: 2/28/22 went in today got a total order of 20 wings asked can I get half leg & flats. A white lady said yes quietly. A few minutes later I saw a man go back up to window after he ordered. He asked could he get all flats. A short black girl said I'll see what I can do. Which that's not fair because I'm SURE he knows its a about $2.50 higher for all flats. So when I get home I end up with 3 flats rest legs in one box. And 4 flats in other. So my request was ignored for me to get half & half. The quality of food has gotten better since my original post but its problems like that which makes me keep them low in customer service experience. I dread going in there to order. They are still a 1 Star until they can get my request Right thats all that matters to me & my family. I love flats but when you tell customer yes I will give half flats & half legs DO IT. I am sick of this location & their lies. Then my family say just eat don't say nothing they may do something to our food if I speak up. That's not right when will the owner fix this location wrongs they are doing to the customer. Updated above from my walk in visit above on 2/28/22!Had bad quality food last night. Temperatures were bad & customer service was too. Called the unnamed manager to tell I want to return food & get money he didn’t want to talk. He would not give me his name. I do not recommend this dump of a restaurant. Told me he don’t know who owner of the store is or who I can call and report him. He need to be fired. Rude & didn’t care I was given burnt fries & cold chicken.
Ordered online during my lunch break and called the store, when I got to the store they said the gave my food to someone else… so I asked for a refund because I didn’t have 30 minutes for them to remake them. They girl it the store literally turned her back to me and call the gm. No my bad, no sorry, no consideration of other peoples time, didn’t get my refund so now I have to call in the morning. How do you have an attitude about messing up someone else’s food. It’s a -5 for me.
The fries & chicken were cold. I asked for money back immediately. They insisted on remaking the burnt cold fries. The order was placed online terrible customer service from all 3 workers. Not the older man that just kept staring walking around on his phone. One female walked in from outside didn't wash her hands & started back working. I will be returning chicken & sauce back for refund. Chicken temp was 90 & 99 degrees. Why? I want order there never again. The owner need to watch the camera from 9pm to 9:59pm.
This is one of the most inconsistent spots in town. You almost never know what you're going to get as far as the wings. Will they be cooked all the way? Will they put any sauce on them? Did they give you the proper amount? They can however guarantee a few things: your fries will be cold and soggy, the staff will be incredibly unprofessional, and they will forget the dips you pay for. It's a 50/50 shot that you'll get uncut vegetables that are on the verge of going bad. Eat at your own risk.
Placed an order 2 hours ago. While waiting I would get updated that the wings would be here at a certain time but not accurate. The door dash driver has been waiting for over a hour for my order and he’s losing money by waiting. He just called me and said my order has t even been made it although I have received texts and emails saying it’s on the way. Don’t ever from here. East coast is best!
There’s a reason they only have 3.5 stars which in my opinion is far too generous of a rating. The management here is abysmal. Neither managers has any customer service skills whatsoever, they’re both disgustingly rude and unprofessional. The food quality is terrible, you’d be better off buying Pizza Hut wings which is sad for a restaurant exclusively dedicated to wings. Don’t have a messed up order either you might need an act of congress to get one of the managers to halfway do their job and correct it. Reported both of them to their upper management since neither one of them can be bothered to do the bare minimum job they’re paid to do.
I just spent 40.00 on three dozen wings . I got home and only had two dozen. Wing stop will never get my business again. Go to Hooters !!!Better class of people and better service !!!
