Every car that ordered got pulled including my car employee in drive thru was very rude and so was the manager that was working that day only exception was one employee that they had running back and forth to fulfill the pulled cars he had great customer service
Ordered a Triple Bacon with mustard . Lettuce , tomatoes & pickles . What I got was burned bacon with ketchup and mayo . Will never go there again !!
I was appalled at the low level of customer I just received when coming through the drive through. The employee was very attitudinal when speaking to me. Instead of "Welcome to Wendy's" I received we aren't accepting any types of cash, we have no nuggets, we have no salads. I then asked about the frosty and was told yall didn't have that either. At this point the store should just be closed.
I don't know how this place is still open. I rarely even try to go there, because I have had such bad experiences. But after enough time passes, I think surely the last time was a fluke and try it again. I would not try this place again if it is the last place in High Point. And it isn't the normal concerns like slow service or cold food, which is a problem here too.Last time I tried it, we waited at the drive through and no one said anything. As we pulled away after a while, the person who was supposed to be taking orders was standing in the parking lot talking on her phone. I asked if they closed early. She said, "No. I didn't see you. What do you need?" ???? She was outside of the building at her car and from where she was standing there was no way she couldn't see me! It felt weird to try to give an order to someone standing outside of the building, so we left.Tonight, they were out of Frostys and we were stuck in the drive through since there is a curb until they slowly got the cars in front us their food. I have never had to wait that long for absolutely nothing!
They good people that work there but because they're trying to move so fast and it was late in the evening they forgot some of my food
Hot Fries but sugarfree sweet tea? And no large cups for large combos...
Lousy service, didn't even ask what we wanted to drink, unfriendly staff, plus got our order wrong. Acted like they couldn't care less to be there. Didn't speak clearly. Very rude and slow.
They rushed our ordered and claimed their drive thru was busy even with no one behind us. Then they told us to park off to the side while they served the one person who pulled up behind us. Bad service. Under staffed.
I went to wendy's recently and the fries were not hot and fresh as advertised.
I didn't like the service. The last time we went the drive thru was tripping and we got a free meal then we get there is only 1 meal. Then they get an order wrong like always. FIX THIS NOW!
