The Palladium High Point location is disgusting. I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. My grilled cheese went straight into the trash after one bite. The bread felt wet and the cheese was literally plastic-y. The place is falling apart. The drive thru menu is torn in half and the glass held together with duct tape and the overhead panels are about to fall on someone's car. I won't even go on about the employees who have the personality of a rock. I gave this location several chances and will not be returning.
Meant to write a review yesterday for the awesome team at the Tropical Smoothies! The girl behind the counter yesterday afternoon makes a really good smoothie, I only get a small window to stop here for lunch. Thanks for being fast and good! To all the girl's working there you do a good job keep up the good work
Crazy understaffed. Give these girls some more co-workers. They are always overwhelmed with customers and they try their best to manage. The quality of the food/smoothies would probably be better if they didn’t have to rush.
The smoothie itself is wonderful, but I’m noticing a lot of drama when I go inside each time. Today, a lady around 40 in a pink shower cap was friendly to me as a paid, but in a holy terror running around angry with customers in the drive thru and ruining everyone’s morale. She took issue with an older gentleman and has become quite a risk there. I did hear her get on the drive they speaker & begin her greeting with yelling about a shift change & lack of resources. I know you’d really want to know this is crushing your much needed business revenue here. I won’t return until it’s fixed personally.
Extremely long wait times in the drive thru. Very poor customer service. Please hire people that actually WANT to work! I didn’t choose this job for you! It’s unacceptable to have such a sour attitude because you were on the schedule today. This location needs to REMOVE the posted advertisements for items no longer available. It’s false advertising and wasted time! I waited in drive thru for almost 30 minutes to be told my item is not sold anymore, even though there were at LEAST three posters advertising it. WASTE of time.
Absolutely disgusting. Went in for smoothies after a movie ans upon walking it the place smelled absolutely horrible. There was an overwhelming smell of spoiled milk that was so strong you could smell it when you opened the door.More so, the inside was disgusting and you can see mold and slime on the floors ans around the sink.
Worst restaurant ever! Never go to this tropical smoothie!!!! If I can get them is zero I would! I went There and asked for a Cajun shrimp salad with no rice and this is what I got. And when you tried to call them five times in a row it just rings and then hangs up.
Daily drive thru customer for 4 months. The service is not fast (which they have a sign stating) and I appreciate the fresh made smoothie-however, I am always presented with a very unpleasant attitude-EVERY DAY. There have been servers times where my order was made incorrectly and the staff treated me as if I did something wrong, including the manager. Very disappointed because the smoothies are good (if made correctly). Also, I recently went inside instead of the drive thru the other day and wow…No greeting, unedited music playing from the speakers with several fu** this and b*tch that. Like, why is a place is such a nice area of town being ran like this?? NOT KID FRIENDLY
I had a bad Experience here with rude customer service, and waited a long time for my food at the drive-through, a young girl was very rude and very unpleasant. I work at another establishment right across the street and I would be very embarrassed to have anybody working for me with an attitude like hers. I really hope that the area manager really pays attention to the poor quality of customer service that this establishment holds! Their store is in a great location and it’s very sad to see that I would never come back to a place like this and I’m telling others not to as well because customers are treated so poorly. If you want this business to succeed I strongly suggest you look for new employees that have positive attitudes, and the negativity goes out the door!
