The place needs a few upgrades and remodels. Didn't feel like a dive bar... felt old and neglected! The service was average at best and there were more servers than customers when we were there. Food is not bad but it is also WAY OVERPRICED for the quality and portions. My burger was ordered medium and came out well done. Ordered tots as a side and literally only got 11 tots. The draft beer selection was poor with few craft beers and they didn't even have standard domestics on tap. Overall I paid a premium price for this and quality was not worth it. Likely won't go back.

I think I've visited about a dozen times now and they never ever disappoint. They serve THE BEST brussel sprouts in town, hands down. Menu selection is pretty awesome too. The service is always top notch. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The draft beer selection is also something to take into consideration, as I'd say they have a better and wider selection than most. Take the family. You can also enjoy the outdoor seating when the weather is right.

Came here for lunch and we were greeted with friendly smiles, great service and tasty burgers. Parking and seating can be cramped during lunch time but if it's a nice day than take a seat outside and enjoy the breeze. We will be back.

My family and I were at High Point and googled nearby restaurants and seen this place and decided to try it and we’re very glad that we did. The staff was very friendly. And the food was fantastic. Don’t leave without trying the brussel sprouts, you’ll be glad you did.

Steak tacos were very good. The service was a little slow though. There is outdoor seating and they allow dogs outside..

Tipsy'z is excellent. Their fajita salad with tenderloin is probably the best salad I have ever had. They also have really good steak and cheese and wings. It is also a very fun environment.

We worked at market late, ran an errand, it was 9 PM and we were hungry. With most places closing I went to Trip Advisor and found this gem. First the negatives. It is LOUD. It’s a bar after all. There is outdoor seating if available and the weather is good. The tater tots were barely warm so the staging of the food wasn’t perfect. My wife wasn’t impressed with the sweet potato hash. Now the positive. This is NOT bar food. It is more like a great sandwich shop that happens to be in a bar. There were so many things I wanted to try. My wife just had the build your own burger with added avocado which she said was very good. I asked Stacy, our server, what she recommended and it was the Bleu Cheese Burger, the Steak Tacos, the Spicy Shrimp tacos and the Stuffed Gouda Burger. We asked about the French Dip and she said it was to die for, also. After some discussion I went with the Bleu Cheese Burger with tater tots. I don’t even like Bleu Cheese and it was awesome. It is stuffed with Bleu Cheese and then has Beau Cheese on top. The Gouda burger is made the same way. The steak tacos sounded good and they looked awesome. The table next to us had them. My wife raved and raved about the beer battered onion rings which we found out they batter themselves in the kitchen. We were told that they normally have wonderful desserts made by the owners but that this was a Sunday night before closing and they close Mondays so they run out of things on Sunday nights. The food was really good. If I lived here I would be trying the Ahi Tuna, the wings, the spinach dip the Shrimp BLT, several different quesadillas, the tacos, the French Dip and several other burgers. This would be one of my go to’s. But what made it especially great was Stacy. Great server with personality. That really is the topper for a great meal.

Popped by for a quick bite. It did not disappoint. Best French Dip ever! The aioli set it off. The staff was both laid back and yet attentive. They looked like they enjoy their jobs which speaks volumes. In turn, we enjoyed our time here. Def recommend!

Service and food were very good. Took a bit to get used to the noise. I think the layout lends itself to echo. In less than 15 mins it was tolerable. I think it’s a little overwhelming at first. The food presented well and the waitress was attentive. We will definitely be back. I don’t usually give 5 stars on the first visit but everything was so good I couldn’t give just 4. I’ll update after the second visit.

If you are looking for a local bar & grill in High Point, look no further than Tipsy'z. As soon as you walk up to the outdoor seating area, you can tell that neighbors and friends frequently dine here. While they were understaffed, the waitresses and bartender were able to service both outside and inside without sacrificing quality. Now, the burgers were quite tasty. They weren't overly big as one would think based on the the "Stuffed" title, yet they had great flavor. I got the Stuffed Gouda Burger with tater tots. First, I love any restaurant that offers tater tots in addition to fries. Tots dont get enough love. And I was able to get all of that food for $13 which is a great price compared to other burger joints.I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a burger and beer!
