Super service, excellent prices and yummy biscuits! This place was highly recommended by my students! You can definitely tell all of the biscuits are handmade and large!
This is a hidden gem of High Point. Only the locals know it and man do they keep it booming. My dad has taken me there since I was a young girl and my teens in high school have been going since birth. It has turnt into more of a family tradition in many ways. Nothing beats their hotdogs all the way. It's the best in town.
The sausage is good, but the biscuit looked like a hockey puck. It was pretty spongy on the bottom half of the biscuit. The sweet tea was fire tho. That southern sweet tea makes me think somebody in there can make biscuits like grandma makes them
Usually I’m satisfied but today I’m a little ticked off because I paid full price for my order just to drive 20 minutes away and notice that everything wasn’t in my order, then I drive back and ask if they could remake what I had due to that fact and they warmed up my biscuit up and gave it back to me with fresh sides that should’ve been in my order from the beginning. A simple order didn’t have to be this hard.
The Biscuit Factory has been a High Point staple for years. Their lunch is surprisingly just as good as their breakfast. Hands down, the best french fries of all time.
Drive thru was not busy, ordering was simply and uneventful, except no dollar Total given. I consider myself a senior so I am comfortable describing the person at the window as a mature women. I got two chicken biscuits,coffee and Pepsi. I was given the total and paid,handed the drinks never being asked if I needed cream and sugar. I asked. Meal was handed to me and the window slid closed. Ok..how much do I have to spend to get a thank you, no really, I'd like to know. This mature women was old enough to know how to say thank you yet did not and could care less if I spent one dollar or a hundred. She should quit.i won't be back.thankyou.

Erm, who doesn't love biscuits. Especially, home-made style. The biscuit factory is one of my favorite restaurants in High Point.Great menu, amazing staff and fun dining area.
