We were seated promptly when we arrived to a cozy booth and our friendly server, Marlene was right there to take the drink orders of a Blue Moon beer for my husband and a Hurricane Margarita for me. Both drinks came promptly and were cold and refreshing! My husband ordered the 6 0z. Dallas Filet that was served with mashed potatoes & steamed veggies. I ordered the 8 oz. Dallas Filet that was served with a sweet potato. We both enjoyed the baskets of rolls while waiting for our entrees. We also had a mixed green house salad served with Ranch dressing along with our meals. We toasted my husband's #32 year work anniversary and he really enjoyed his night out for this celebration. Thanks again, we will be back!
Granted it was Father's Day however I saw my server twice in almost two hours there. She took our order, brought water and a coke. That was it. The music was too loud and my steak although cooked great was mostly fat. I couldn't complain because my server never returned. I know this was Father's Day and gave them a lot of latitude however twice in two hours is pretty poor.Additional comment: The owner/management followed up and apologized for our poor experience and wanted to share that this is not the experience they are aiming to provide customer and try and ensure our next visit was more positive. I really appreciated that. Shows they are considerate of their customers having a positive experience.
I had amazing wings, mild with blue cheese! It was a week day night so no wait with food discounts? until 5:30pm. My grandma inhaled her ribs and she usually doesn't eat!???The price was affordable and this was a nice weeknight meal! Definitely would recommend for steak and rib lovers!
Ordered the bone in ribeye medium well. Came out still roaming the pasture blue. Sent it back and came back like it was the 1st time. I said forget it. I'll cook it at home and better. I did. As a chef I critique all food and this one deserves thumbs down. If you can't touch and Tell the temp, they make meat thermometers. The waitress was a sweetheart and very hospitable.
Steak WAS NOT WELL DONE, mashed potatoes were too salty.. young lady was rude over the phone taking my Togo order.. will not be ordering from this establishment ever again. Do better and especially on mother's day..While I appreciate the quick response, I will respectfully decline contacting this establishment. Just focus on better customer service over the phone and talking to your kitchen staff about not rushing when they prepare orders. I understand on a busy day like mother's day it can be overwhelming but time attention still matters when your preparing customers orders.

katana was our waitress tonight. She was absolutely phenomenal!! very kind, and accommodated us greatly. Me and my family will most absolutely be returning just because her service was so great. you had a house of incredible employees with great teamwork. keep up the great work!! **food was absolutely delicious!!**
We love Texas Roadhouse. The wait staff are always AMAZING and the food is great. Been here multiple times and always impeccable service from the waiters and waitresses. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the front desk hostess staff can be kinda rude. Had an issue today with the hostess but the manager handled it beautifully and made our birthday lunch celebration great!

I ordered beef tips with gravy and mushrooms to go…picked up after work no problems…got home 10 mins later and the beef tips were like rubber. So chewy and tough…I wish I had tasted one before I got home??♀️ the mashed potatoes and vegetable medley were fine but I really was disappointed in the steak…turned me off completely from going back…
