I fell in love with this place as soon I walked in. This is the best boba tea i have had so far in highpoint-Greensboro area. We ordered original and matcha boba tea along with rolled ice cream for kids.The staff was friendly. Everything was delicious. I got matcha very lightly sweet and the brown sugar one the way they make it. It was too sweet for me but overall tasted great just the way I expected. We had to order another brown sugar boba tea when we left. It was so good.I will be going here often.
I am giving Tea Time Lounge 2 stars because of a great location and atmosphere. I was super excited to know there was a place so close to home that I could get Boba from. I normally would travel 20 mins to Pika Tea in Greensboro to have their delicious Boba. So. I couldn't wait to try Tea Time Lounge. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with Boba (which is my favorite milk tea from Pika Tea in Greensboro), and I was quite disappointed. It was just awful. It taste unsweetened and watered down, and the Boba didn't have any flavor. I wanted to like it. I really did. However, I am not shutting this place out just yet. I will go back and try other items including the rolled ice cream. If in fact, I am still disappointed, then I would no longer come back.

I enjoyed going to this place! It's a nice, quiet place, and the scenery is calm. I would recommend this place for students who are trying to find a place to study and get amazing boba drinks! Also, the drinks are cheap!
It was okay, I probably wouldn’t come back just because the taro drink I ordered tasted kind of watered down, and as someone else mentioned the pearls had texture but no flavor. However, the cashier was nice and friendly.
Employees are rude and not friendly at all ! Gentle man with curly hair kept touching his hair with his gloves on while handing the ice cream. Waited at cash register to order 10 mins before they acknowledged me.
Sorry, not impressed! We love Boba and have had it at several different places in and around Greensboro. This one was the worst. The tapioca pearls tasted like they had been reconstituted in water and nothing else. The chew was there but not the flavor. The black Boba tea was watered down badly. The ice cream we got was not right either. The Butterfly lemonade was bomb though.
They were nice. Forgot our straws. Nothing terrible. A bit cheaper than some of the other bubble tea places we have been to for sure.

They are always so sweet...and the boba is awesome...I highly reccomend the Honeydew or the Brown Sugar with extra sweetness....❤❤❤
