Dining Room is always locked and Closed 24/7 and not bc of short staff but for the young employees to play thier loud music, smoke bud and just being lazy!!I have also witnessed several times the night shift sitting outside in a car smoking and talking then have the nerve to tell every single customer that would pull in that they were waiting on meet it would be there in about 20mins but they did this for almost 2hrs!! The Absolute worst CUSTOMER Service I have ever seen and I would not recommend going out to eat at the South Main Taco Bell
Can I give zero stars? Wasted trip across town. Third time in a few months that we’ve been there only to be told there was no inventory. No beef, no tomatoes, no tortillas, no Baja Mtn. Dew, no Cherry Fruitista freeze, really!? - and you can’t even turn around, you’re forced to wait in the drive-thru for however long, 20 minutes this time…
If you want anything from here when it's raining YOU BETTER HAVE AN UMBRELLA!!!!!!!Then hope they don't ask you to wait!!!!!!! This is insane. Get an awning please!!!!!!!!! EVEN AT THE WINDOW!!!!!!!!
I drive a scooter and sometimes when I try to go through the drive-thru it doesn't register because my scooter isn't heavy enough so I tried to come in I order my food the door was unlocked and I walked in and the manager got attitude with me and said it's drive-through only I didn't like that I thought the way she spoke to me was very rude and then when I through the drive-thru place my order the girl was doing way too many things in one time I asked her for a cup holder her I could sit my drink down and get my credit card out of my wallet she said excuse me what did you say cuz she literally didn't hear anything that I said I got my food it was good I didn't really enjoy my drive-thru experience at this Taco Bell they need to hire more people at when I looked at her there was only two people and they're open till 3 a.m. sad
Fourth time I've ordered from there, door dasher was wonderful, but not one of the 4 separate times I've ordered from S. Main was the order correct. Food was soggy and foul. Definitely won't order again. ?
The dude with a tattoo around the neck was nice. Deserves a raise in my opinion. :)
Worst TacoBell. If you have a choice, please don’t go here.Ordered through the mobile app. The girl in the window asked to wait in the parking lot as there were more cars. Waited for 10 mins and no one came. So went to the door and waved at her to remind that I am waiting. She came and said, she forgot my order and now they will make it. I let that go and waited for another 10 mins. No one came even to inform that the order is delayed. I went again to the door and knocked. The lady opened the door and rudely dismissed me not to bang the door and the food is prepared. I barely knocked the door. No apologies for the delay. After all this, there were 2 items missing. Escalated to TacoBell corporate about this franchise.
Went yesterday and order a cantina deluxe box. When i got home and check my box it wasnt anything that i order, when i return to the store they give me a bag saying that this was my order and i ask them if what was in the bag was the deluxe cantina box and they say that it was what i order now, trusting there words went back home and it was not my order at all. Wasted my money and food went to trash. They dont make sure that what they are giving you is your order!!! Really bad service and is not the first time they gave me the wrong order…
placed an order through the app and everything was correct and the food was good until i saw a piece of hair in my food, keep in mind my hair is straight. nice workers there but this is unacceptable and unsanitary
I rarely come here other than breakfast hours bc their drive-thru traps you in when they're busy, but their breakfast crew is always on point with my order. They're usually fast, my order is correct and the food is fresh and not slipped together.
