Friday night at 7:45pm ordered food, Got home it was wrong. Drive through was not busy. Went back to taco bell order was replaced. Arrived home at 8:09pm order was wrong again. Gave up on trying to get the right order. With gas being so high and not trying to act a fool, I just decided to not eat that this location ever again. %100 of the time you will not get what you pay for or the order will be wrong. They do not answer the phone there as well. I do not recommend this locations
I don't usually post a review but I'm gonna be honest.. this taco bell disappoints. Especially the crunch wraps.. they have been soggy and not properly folded every time I've gotten it.. and that's a favorite of mine ?
The worst Taco Bell in the area. If it’s ever even open that is. They’ll close as early as 8 pm when it makes no sense. Always have attitudes. And when they actually feel like being open they can only sell “tacos and burritos” it’s the laziness that kills me. And it’s an all the time occurrence. I’m surprised they’re even still in business.
Went through thebirthday drive thru at 8 pm 4/7/22, asked for and paid for a burrito supreme w/no sour cream, a bean burrito with extra red sauce and a steak soft taco...after a 10 min. Wait, got sourcream cream on the supreme, a beef and cheese soft taco, no red sauce on the bean with sour cream and nacho cheese..$10 got to eat a beef and cheese taco
I am a delivery driver last night I did a pickup for two customers at this Taco Bell I got there at 5 minutes to 12:00 on the website they indicate they close at 12:00am I went through the drive-thru and was told that they were closed and I said well I want to pick up two orders I gave him the names and they said it was too late. That there was a certain time that they stopped doing orders so they weren't going to do those orders. I then called ubereats and was informed by Uber eats that their agreement was to take orders up to 11:30pm, so I'm not sure why I could not have picked up two orders. They weren't busy, were no other cars waiting and I don't understand. So not only was I disappointed because we don't get paid for this even though I drove 20 minutes to get there the customer of course does not get any food and doesn't even realize that their food was never even started to be made. Now they have to wait for the order to be canceled and find another restaurant that's open this late. This is bad customer service in my opinion and so anyone that wants to order late at night from this restaurant I would think twice. ..So I went back tonight at 11:35pm to pick up two orders. The website now says they close at 12:30am. It took me 20 minutes to get there since I was coming from Greensboro. I tried to call first and of course no answer. I decided to take the risk that they would be open. I was hoping that Uber contacted them about closing their store before active orders are completed. When I drove up two other cars were at the drive thru, I was hoping this was a good sign. I went up to the ordering dock and said I had two Uber pick ups. I was told that they didn't have any Uber orders and that they were closed. I informed him the orders most likely took place over 30 minutes ago since it took me at least 20 minutes to drive. He said he had no orders. I then asked why your website states your open until 12:30am he said they got the "ok from their manager" to close. I understand that restaurant business has been slowed down with covid however, Greensboro is back open and most places have opened their hours. That being said, if they choose to close they need to reflect honest hours since various people are ordering in good faith and empty stomachs. It's not fair to them when they put in an order anticipating it to be filled only to find out after waiting at least an hour, that there order is cancelled. I always text or call my customers and let them know. I then immediately call Uber so they can get refunded and then hopefully find a place that states there hours honestly, so these hungry people can eat. My advice to customers and delivery drivers is to stay away from this Taco bell until they hire new management or new owners.
Ahh, ordered an online order for dine-in pickup. Get there and the dining room is locked. The reason I ordered it for dine-in pick up is because it takes at least 20 mins to get through the drive thru. So I get stuck waiting in the drive thru line. I must say the employees are always friendly. The other Taco Bells in the area have horrible service. Anyways, I ordered a chalupa without lettuce, but with extra sour cream. As usual it was wrong. Do to having to wait in the drive thru line for at least 20 mins everytime, and my order always being wrong I'm done with Taco Bell. But Thanks for nice, and making the food very neatly.
Firstly the lady on the drive through yelled at me because she kept messing up my taco order. 3 steak tacos with guac, pretty simple. She sucks. I also ordered in addition to that a soft taco 12 pack. The picture speaks for itself and they tasted like lunchable tacos.This taco bell is terrible.
Horrible customer service!!! Got an attitude with me when I told them they handed us the wrong drink, gave us a ripped bag, and my replacement drink wasn't even filled up all the way. Made us pull around and park to get the food and we didn't even get fully parked and they were bringing it out to us. Also took an act of God to get straws. The lady on the window made stank faces at us and rolled her eyes too when we asked for the correct drink.
Kissimmee Florida is a great location for Taco Bell, the convenient location means a lot in a city where the traffic can be horrible. The take out line was long but QUICK! The staff was very friendly
Worst restaurant in high point !!! You can go their and they will tell you that their machine is down and it's cash only so the staff can steal money from the restaurant I've directly herd this from staff all while the manager was telling the employee to be quiet someone was at the counter!!! If they get busy they will refuse to make a doordash order and will claim their tablet messed up it's constant lies so they can get out of work or steal money it is beyond me corporate needs to get involved it's actually sad that we have a generation that this kind of behavior is acceptable. Had to go in side their was all kinds of trash on the floor is needed to be swept but no the staff member just mopped never swept he literally just mopped a filthy floor place is a disaster no leadership
